Today's charity shop haul! I'm particularly pleased with the tagged book, as it's incredibly hard to find fiction books set during Queen Anne's reign, and as I want to use this period (and the coffee house setting) in my writing, I'm hoping it will inspire me!

pickOnly read this if you like opera or classical music - most of this went over my head, but it is readable when it gets to the historical background of some of Handel's pieces.
Definitely not for a beginner musician - you need some understanding of terms, etc.
