In reference to gambling! On a personal note, since moving to northern Illinois I have seen how much gambling addiction is a problem out here. We have slot machines in all the bars & even some gas stations. Many ppl waste their lives & family income in these places-so this is exactly how I feel explained so beautifully by Leigh Bardugo.
