Janet Evanovich‘s mysteries are always good for some laughs. Stephanie Plum is supposed to bring in a Zeta college student who is being elusive. In the process she determines there is a lot more going on and then her case and Morelli‘s case start being the same thing. Her other assignments bring on some of the laughs.
I hope I never get tired of Stephanie‘s antics.

Finished my first book on the way to the airport. Running late. May have a full blown panic attack shortly if this shuttle doesn't get moving.✈🚌
P.S. Does anyone else love these?
Anyone else think this might be one of the funniest series out. Every books makes me laugh so hard.
Super fun book. I read it over one shift at work. We were slow at work and I was really enjoying the book. I have read all the previous books in the series. It is comforting to be drawn back into this world. There is a murder mystery that is pretty interesting. Lots of Ranger. I am definitely Team Ranger. A great addition to the series.
A little late but here are my reading stats for November. I had a pretty productive reading month. I was more motivated to read. Tricky Twenty Two was charming, funny and a pleasure to read.
A fun quick read. There is something to be said for characters who make you laugh! For those times when you don't want to think about a story, this is good fluff to be entertained.
I wasn't sure if I wanted to continue this series but give me a frat house, dead bodies, fleas, bubonic plague, Joe, Ranger and a car explosion and I'm in!
"Babe."
I was laughing out loud with Stephanie Plum's crazy escapades. Lula is the best side kick ever..."Someone give me emergency fries!" Ha!
Loved the familiar ride.

Remember, you just need the Nook app to take advantage of these great deals. 😊📚
Once again I am left laughing at how much of a "Murphy" that Stephanie is just like me. I really enjoyed the plot of this book though I wanted to punch Morelli in the face just as bad as she did. This is an excellent light read with a good amount of humor.
Can't believe I'm reading outside in February! #currentlyreading
I'm over the Morelli-Ranger #lovetriangle and would love to see Stephanie meet someone new. Morelli has had more than enough time to accept Stephanie the way she is & Ranger is never going to commit. I still read every one of these as soon as I can get them from the library but Evanovich's been kind of phoning it in for most of the books past 15 or 16.
Always can count on Stephanie Plum for a quick, enjoyable read!! Just what I needed for book 8 of the #24in48 #readathon ... I'm at hour 21 & hoping my next read will keep me engaged for the next 3 hours.

Here, the stakes with Joe are bigger than usual. What Stephanie uncovers is bigger & more serious than usual. Not that serial killers and mafia bosses are the stuff of sitcoms, but we've seen them used in light ways pretty often lately. In the end, this is a better than average Stephanie Plum adventure w/enough of the old reliable bits & some pretty good character moments. A good one for new fans or old.
Book 3 of #biblioweekend was a palate cleanser after The Underground Railroad last night. I hadn't read a Stephanie Plum in forever, but I knew exactly what I was going to get. Things seem to be getting a little stale--Lula and Grandma Mazur were nowhere near as funny as I remember them being in the early books.
Also, #somethingforsept #readandeat I figured a plain peanut butter sandwich was the perfect lunch to eat while reading Stephanie Plum.
I love the Stephanie Plum series but I have read any of them in awhile because they seemed a little outdated with pagers and few technology references. In this book, Stephanie is updated with a cell phone, Uber references and google searches. Same funny episodes as I remember from the other books. This was a nice light read with a few giggles.
#augustphotochallenge day 28. My feel-good books are this series. They are light-hearted, hilarious, and have great characters who are so much fun to come back to (special love for Lula and Grandma Mazur). Plus, I share these with my Mom, reading the latest book to her with various voices and accents, which is nice bonding time for us. 😊
Needed a little light hearted distraction from packing for school... 📓📕✏️
Trying to distract myself because swimming stresses me out. 😖🏊🏻
Happy National Book Lovers Day!! ❤️📖📚❤️
Sometimes when you're feeling a book slump, it's good to visit an old friend. It's been too long since I've laughed at/with Stephanie Plum!
Summer reading. I've always thought a young Julia Roberts ( Mystic Pizza era) would make a perfect Stephanie Plum. #fourthbookofsummer
When your hunky heartthrob has a colonoscopy, it might be time to retire the series.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I always laugh out loud at this series!
If you want a quick read that will have you laughing, read any of the Stephanie Plum novels! Lula and Grandma Mazur are absolutely hilarious characters. This is well worth the read, and might make you "itchy" to read a few more.
I LOVE the Stephanie Plum series, but 22 just wasn't as good as the rest. I still belly-laughed at Lula the 'ho & Grandma Mazur, but the suspense was lacking. And not enough Morelli/Ranger!
