Wow. Wow. Wow. I flew through this book. Loved the characters and the story. Highly recommend this!
Loving this book. I‘ve had a hard time getting back into reading during the pandemic... and during year 1 of mommyhood. But finally getting back into it and just love this book.
How have I not read this before today? Omg. Amazing. Love love love. #favoritebook
Vacation reading - need to finish as today is our last day of vacation!!!
Although I feel like I've read a ton of books about the holocaust, I didn't know the story about the Rabbits. I love when I read a beautiful book and learn so much at the same time.
From my #summersantagoespostal!!! What an amazing book. So on point with everything going on nowadays in race relations / police brutality. Told from the point of view of a teenager caught between two worlds.
I'm loving the trip back to the 80s in this wonderful book. Why was Vanna White such a big deal back then???
I've been waiting not so patiently for this book to come out and then for the audiobook to become available from the NYPL. Finally!!! I'm so psyched!!!
@kiminreverse You may have been a little late -- but you were well worth it. I haven't read any of these books and am so excited about them!!! I loved The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao and so am so excited to read another Junot Diaz book. Thank you for making my day!!!

I had a hard time getting into this book - but once I did, I really enjoyed it. This is my second book in the Dublin Murder Squad series and I'm not sure how I feel about the series. I enjoy the books and storyline - but there is something (which I can't put my finger on) that I feel pretty neutral about. In other words, I will definitely read the next book in the series - but would I proactively recommend these books - I don't know.
While traveling in Spain, you have to listen to an audiobook that takes place there!!! Having the best time - my favorite place to visit.
I really enjoyed this book. I thought the story and character development were wonderful and the story itself super powerful. 4 1/2 stars.
What did I do before I found audiobooks?!?!? 📚 👂 📚 👂
#summersantagoespostal package all ready to go for some litten!! It may have been more fun putting it together than it will be in receiving mine!!

No better Saturday afternoon pastime...
I'm about 1/2 way through the audiobook. One thing that strikes me -- this is really written as a love story of NYC. And as a born and bread New Yorker, I can't get enough of it -- I just love love love listening to it (i never want it to end). ❤❤❤❤❤
Loved this book. I knew I would - it's been on my TBR list forever. But I was saving it and so didn't want to read it!!! Finally did!! ❤️ ❤️
Only 7 days to listen to this audiobook before it goes back to the library on overdrive. I'm loving it already so I don't think this is going to be an issue at all!!!

I read Little Women a bunch of time growing up -- and never knew there were two other books in the series! Little Men was great.
Up next... The Nest. I love audiobooks! ❤️
A little #audiobook while riding the subway... always a great way to go.
Book haul - for $1 each how can I resist catching up on books I've never read
The audiobook hooked me on the first sentence. Boy am I excited for this!
Such a great, thrilling, whodunnit type thriller. I listened to it on audiobook (great way to experience it) -- and could not stop listening all day so that I could find out what happened. I highly recommend!!!
It's so hard to catch it at the 5k mark. Thanks Littens!
The right way to start the day... at Midway Cafe in the Florida Keys!
Beginning my vacation with a new book...
When I finished the book, I was not sure whether to recommend it - but there was something very compelling about it. I think it is the subject matter and the character development. You get pulled into the book from the beginning when you find out the protagonist was involved with a Manson-like cult as a teenager. That together with the protagonist's relationship with the woman leader in the cult intrigued me. I would probably give it ⭐️️⭐️️⭐️️1/2
Wow. I never read this in high school. So glad I read it now. Such important things to think about this day and age.
The best thing about packing for vacation -- is choosing which books to bring to read!
I've settled on bringing White Teeth in hard copy (been on my TBR list for a long time!). And then a whole bunch of options on kindle -- Truly Madly, Deeply; A Tale of Love and Darkness; Underground Railroad; A Gentleman in Moscow!
Just starting this. It's been on my TBR list for a while. I see it has mixed reviews on Litsy. I'll let you know what I think.
One of the best things about an audiobook -- I get to play games at the same time!!
I really enjoyed this book.
I put this book down for a while (didn't want to schlepp around a big hard cover book). Just picked it up again on audiobook.
It was just ok. Maybe because I had such high expectations. Especially after Tina Fey and Amy Poehler's books.
My January. Really good for me!! #litsyreadingchallenge

Wow – what a powerful and wonderful book. It tells the story of black characters through the generations - beginning in Africa and coming to America. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone!
I've never read - but no better time to do so! #jumpingonthebandwagon
I bailed. So sad but just couldn't get myself to finish.
I've been waiting for the audiobook from NYPL!!! Finally started it last night - wow...
Funniest first line ever. Let's see where she goes with it!
I just finished the audiobook. Very good. It's about two girls, their friendship, them growing up, their relationships with their mothers, them becoming mothers etc.
