This book is fantastic 😍 the main protagonist is an intelligent, witty and feminist woman. I loved the mystery surrounding the story and all the forensics. The sidekick Thomas is also wonderful 😍😍 I highly recommend this novel.

Beautiful book. This does have insta-love but it's strangely believable 🤷🏻‍♀️I laughed, I cried and I may have wanted to punch characters in the head at times lol 😂 Fantastic novel though . Nicola Yoon is one of my favourite contemporary authors ❤️❤️

Love this book. This Savage Song pictures features a duel perspective of a female and a male protagonist. This book is a slowburn but completely worth it. What I love especially about this book is that it features no romance, none whatsoever. We very rarely see that in the YA field and it's very refreshing.

I read this at the beginning of the year and it's one of my favourite read so far. The book has fantastic characters, world building and story arc. It also has a twist that I never saw coming in 1 million years and that very rarely happens. Very highly recommend the story but be prepared for a cliffhanger. What are you waiting for? Go buy this book now!!

This was probably my favourite of the series because we get introduced to The Darkling😍😍😍 this book is the slowburn but has great characters, strong world building and a solid plot. Highly recommended.

Excellent novel about a young butch Canadian lesbian. She is struggling coming to terms with her sexuality and more so about the stigma from strangers, friends and even her own family. Very refreshing same sex relationship between two young women. Very interesting perspective on the way society treats young women who aren't acting "as they should." Highly recommend. I chose this book to highlight for #juneprideweek

This was my first Kiera Cass book and I don't think it was a very good introduction to her work. The cover is lovely but the story falls very flat. It was very strange - focused on the sirens relationship with the ocean who is their mother figure. Interesting concept that was't fully realized. Romance is not the main focus and is pretty bland. Here comes a very unpopular opinion 😳I hated this book so much lol It is marketed as an Alice book - Imean look at the cover and the title - Notto mention the series it The White Rabbit Chronicles. So what does it have to do with Wonderland you ask ? Nothing! 100% false advertising. Here are are they are getting away with calling it- The girl is named Ali and she sees a cloud shaped as a rabbit 😡😡😡😡😡

One of my all-time favourite middle-grade series ♥️Highly recommend!!! lots of action, adventure and magic! Also, a pig-keeper and a stubborn/sassy princess for our heroes 💗
