SEEKING ADVICE! I have agreed to take charge of reestablishing a local LGBTQ+ book club, with pretty much free reign to choose books/moderate/schedule how I‘d like. So, here are my questions. What has been your favorite queer book club read? And do you have any advice for moderating a book club and making it an engaging, welcoming, and fun experience?
This will be a new kind of challenge for me, but I‘m very excited for the possibilities. 📚

Here is a great inbetween read that all of you will for sure enjoy! It's a shortstory of incredible finese. Stick with it through the first couple of pages and you will be rewarded! Word magus Mark Z Danielewski at his best!

I am slowly updating my Goodreads TBR list to properly include the unread books I have on my Nook and Kindle apps. It is eye-opening. I have a lot of reading to do. I could read nothing this year and next but TBR books that are currently in my possession, and I still would not finish.

Nevertheless, she persisted. 🤓

When I was younger, so much younger than today, I never needed very much shelf space in any way/ But now those days are gone and I'm not so shelf assured/ Now I find I'll lose my mind when I can no longer see the floor. 😂📚😝

My #botm selections. I picked very early this am. Lol

1. I don't like the spine being broke it makes the pages fall out.
2. I LOVE coffee far more than tea.
3. The history nerd in me would LOVE this.
4. Helps me sleep.
5. As much as I would love to be an author, I love to see and hear people discovering new books and new authors.

Anyone want to help me choose my next read? I always have one physical book and one kobo read on the go. I'm reading The Star-Touched Queen on my kobo, but can't decide which of these should be my next physical book. Any thoughts? #indecisive

I'm focusing my efforts on the #birthdaychallenge this year. I'm hoping a smaller challenge gives me the incentive to read more books I own and tackle the longer books I tend to avoid. But I still set high Goodreads goals, and of course I wrote down all the categories of Book Riot and Popsugar's challenges too, just to see how far I get. Olive remains unimpressed.
