Starting out this year with a new way to track our reading. Repurposed notebook from 2006, y‘all…sometimes it pays to never get rid of stuff. 7/25 so far with nothing but children‘s books so far. I‘m so OCD my tracker has an actual legend 😝

It‘s a really good thing that I made “space” on #MountTBR 🤣🙃 Long story short, I was able to save (30+ ish) boxes of books from being discarded. They were rescued by my parents from being irreparably ruined. Top left is what it I started with & the beauties in the bottom 📸 are new to my stacks!

Did I forget to mention that I ran out of bookshelf real estate shortly after moving in (June 2019)?😬🙄🤨🤣

Megabooks 🤷🏻‍♀️ there are some books I‘ve read 6 or 7 times. I wouldn‘t like it, but I could live with the right book. 5y

But y'all, my lbrary branch has a mini book shop inside with discounted books available. I bought eight books for $21.
Two I‘ve already read and are ready to be lent out. The other six get added to my TBR stack.

Books are my drugs, there are worse things, right?
TELL ME THERE ARE WORSE THINGS!!!

I found a pre-made spreadsheet to track my books for next year. It will make pie charts for you!! And graphs! You could use it to find out how much money you spent on books in a year, but I don't know if I want to know that! The link is to a YouTube video explaining it and there is a free download as well. I just changed everything to 2019. #booknerd

Do I have a book problem? These are recent acquisitions (top pic) plus great books from swap buddies (bottom two pics). And these are just the books I could fit in the picture and doesn't include the stash of poetry books and theory or the approximately 6000 books and book samples I have on my Nook and in my Kindle app!! Plus, I'm signed up for at least one more swap at the beginning of next year. 🙄😨😲

MaGoose @Mrsann2000 Keep an eye on #bookswap and @MyBookSwapClub . These are a few of the places where swaps might be announced. Usually a Liiten will post a blurb that they're hosting a swap and tell how to sign up. You'll then be paired with someone to swap with. If you scroll down on #bookswap, there might still be an open swap you can join. It's usually a matter of timing to catch the swap notices. 6y
