1. First books I read for fun were probably Paddington Bear series books or The Box Car Children. Gosh, I wanted to find my own Paddington. 2. Historical events in grade school...the Cold War was a big thing at that time, I recall being afraid to sleep because of nuclear war. But also computers became available in the school library, that was exciting! (Texas Instruments) 3. The cold cure at my house was liquids and rest. 4. Off to find a Litten!
