Took me forever to read. It was ok.
Next read.
I need to be working on my #litsylove notes; I‘m so behind. But right now Knitting is keeping me sane. I just finished this lovely hat and I‘m obsessed with the Pom Pom. I can‘t wait to wear it this fall/winter. #knittersoflitsy #knitfastdiewarm
A beautiful ode to friendship, love, and knitting. There were a few odd word choices here and there but a beautiful story.
It took me a bit to get into this one. By the end of it, I couldn't help but be emotional. I had a tough time at first keeping all the characters straight. Once that wasn't an issue and I became interested in who each of them were, I got a lot out of it. I really loved what these women became for each other. Such a support system. I definitely wasn't prepared for some of the events that took place at the end. Might take a minute to get over.
Loved this book so much!! Connection between all the characters was ready to follow!!! Loved that there was a scarf pattern and muffin recipe in the back!!
Starting Book 8 of January and Book 8 of 2020!!!
This is an excellent story for knitters with an edge! Good inspiration to pick up those projects. I would say it's a COZY story, no, not gripping, cozy

Very relatable characters written from multiple points of view. Casual read but wouldn‘t read again

Can‘t get much reading done in the vet waiting room with Fiona sprawled out on my lap.
Merry Christmas to me!
I took advantage of the Book Outlet Black Friday sale to buy books for some 2019 challenge prompts.
Let me know if you think any of these are a waste of time. I can always use them for my LFLibrary. 🙃
Hi Littens! Sorry I‘ve been MIA lately... those newborn days, whew! I forgot how hard they can be, haha. A little bit of housekeeping:
• Today I am sending out The Butterfly Garden for #LMPBC #groupT to @the-flashley
• I am also sending Arrowood out to @shendrix413 for #whodunitthesequel
• @CrowCAH Look! I finally had a chance to teach myself how to knit! I‘m learning on this chunky yarn before I use the beautiful yarn you sent me. I love it!
#TheDayAfterTomorrow is FRIDAY!! I'm already ready!!

I really wanted to love this one! New York City and knitting! However, it tried to do too much. Every character but Georgia was underdeveloped. Why should I care about these other people? I did not even get a true sense of Georgia‘s daughter or her father. Additionally, the writing was quite slow in places. So, I give this one a just ok.
Woke up at 5:45 and my daughter is still sleeping. Time to get some reading in before leaving this dance week behind. On to stop number two before home on Sunday! #readytobehome
Getting done reading in before dance this morning! #thequietbeforethestorm
The most wonderful KNITTING package from @CSeydel 🎉🎉 Carrie, thank you so much! I love it all. I have always wanted to learn to knit and it was SO thoughtful of you to send something for each of my boys. I love the scarf you sent, the booties are DARLING, and my son loves the hat! I cannot wait to give knitting a try! Thanks for your tips and letter!

I don't have a picture but I should have posted a review.
I recently reread this book, when i discovered there is a third. In which i hope to reread the second book, so i can read the third.
Basically it is about a single mom, that owns a yarn shop. And specializes in knitting. What was once a casual meet up with regulars, friends and one determined woman hoping to finish an interesting thesis.. On a Friday night turned into so much more
I wanna say to @Tove_Reads i am sorry for being super late. I hate how my post office is so out of the way. But i didn't forget you, i sent it out the other day, so hopefully by next week.
I did receive yours though, and i will wait until you get yours, to open mine

I haven‘t read this yet, but it‘s on my shelf. I‘m a hooker (crochet) but I saw @Dana1084 loves to knit while listening to audio books. Can‘t believe I‘ve never done that! Will think of you while I read this, and will have to try this wonderful idea soon!!
I had started this audiobook in January, then the e library took it after 14 days! I couldn‘t get into it. I‘ve decided to finish books I started and abandoned, so I checked it out again. It started to pick up half way through. It‘s the tale of love lost and found, friendships found in unexpected ways, growth in dreams. Glad to have listened to it in my work commute, helped pass the time.
My favorite kid rocking a project I knitted while listening to The Friday Night Knitting Club.....(can‘t claim her....she‘s my God child) #books #knitting #reader #reading
K.C. is my kinda woman lol.....This is why I dread attempting a Sweater 😂 #knitter #funny #fuckingsweaters
This quote instantly made me think of my beloved Gran. It‘s so weird to think it‘s been 7 months since her passing. I miss this lady with a fierceness. I‘m so glad to have had the pleasure to be her granddaughter. #grandparents #alzsucks #love
Listening to a book about knitters and knitting while knitting! #life #yarn #reader #audiobooks
Lunch break. Listening to a new audiobook while enjoying a little window sunshine on this frigid day.

1. Usually something fluffy, like the book equivalent of a chick flick.
2. That one by The Beatles where they just repeat the same line over & over. Drives me 🍌🍌
3. Immediate family, yes. But there‘s only four of us
4. Not great, think the only challenges I‘ll complete are my Goodreads goal & the Eclectic Readers mad-lib back in June

This was not a perfect book and it took me forever to get into it but I only paid 25 cent for it at the flea market so I wanted to finish it. It is a intresting story about a group of women there troubles and how they strive throughout life. Not a great read but enjoyable I may even read the sequel one day.
So glad I stuck with this because the womens lives are starting to get intresting and I really want to know how there troubles all work out.
Im really trying to work more o reading more books I already own. I've returned all my library books but a few that have high waits our are club reads. I'm going to try hard not to cheak out many books and work my way through my shelves starting with these. One down working on Ove and starting another. A girls got yo have #goals

These four will hopefully go to nice homes. I intend to release them into the wild at a knitters meet-up this afternoon. It's raining, so I have to let them go somewhere dry.

Listened to this on audio. It's hovering between a pick and a so-so for me. I didn't enjoy the audiobook reader but I found the story to be sweet and for the most part heartwarming. Definitely more of an intense plot then I expected though. A pretty average 3-star book for this one.
This book reflected the lives of multiple woman, all with their own personal issues. On the outside every character looks and seems perfect. It shows how hard life in the big city can really be. How it takes a group of strong loyal women who have your back through it all. This really inspired me.
