I loved this book. It's duel timelines with Opaline, Martha, and Henry whose lives intersect around a magical bookstore 💚

This was a good but fairly typical thriller right up until the twist ending ❤️
Sarah is a high-powered lawyer with a good marriage until her husband, Adam who is accused of murdering his mistress. And she decides to defend him.

This book had a cool dystopian premise, but the characters were really unlikable.
In a world that is quickly drowning sisters Agnes, Irene and Isla are estranged and forced to come together after their crappy father dies.

I really enjoyed this book despite the fact that keeping up with all the storylines could be difficult.
The entire Jedi council decide to go to Kwenn, a planet that is soon to be decommissioned to see what they are missing and reconnect with the people there. The mission gets more difficult when pirates show up.
I loved Yaddle. She really shines in this one 💚

This was an entertaining ghost story set in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (my state). Sissy is a tarot card reader who can tell the future. Thanks to her nephew, she ends up mixed up with ghosts at the Red Hotel. It was recently reopened, and the ghosts are not happy.
The ending is nuts 🖤

I feel like this book could be set in modern times
Thomas Gradgrind is raising his children to only care about facts. It doesn't go well. Tom is a thief, and Louisa marries the walking red flag Josiah Bouderby. The facade starts to crack after Louisa has an emotional affair and flees to her childhood home.

I loved this King Arthur retelling so much that I gave it five stars 🌟
The knight Collum goes to Camelot a few weeks after Arthur's death. The fate of the realm is in peril and Collum, Nimue, and the few knights of the round table that are left must find a new king and restore order to the land 👑

I loved Fourth Wing. The hype is well founded. I really enjoyed Violet and Xaden, but I loved Tairn, Andarna, and Sgaeyl. Of course, the dragons are my favorites.

I really enjoyed this despite the heartbreaking drama that is YA Star Wars.
Jedi Knight Reath and Padawan Azzazzo are trying to find the origins of the Nameless and how they are connected to the Blight. Also fallen Jedi Knight Azlin Rell is helping. Probably?

I loved this book. I think it's my favorite Grady Hendrix book.
So Fern is fifteen and pregnant and is sent to a home for wayward girls in Florida to have and give up her baby. There she meets Rose, Zinnia and Holly; together they start dabbling in witchcraft and then all hell breaks loose 🖤

I love this book. It's one of my favorite King books. It's the classic haunted hotel story. Family, who already has issues, moves inside a hotel to take care of it during It's off season and all hell brakes lose.

This was the story of Edward Rulloff, the serial murder who tried to convince everyone that he was too intelligent to kill. Oh, the narcissism! The really interesting part was at the end when his actual brain was used to debunk some racist theories, like how a white person's brain is bigger than others. It isn't 😼
