I don‘t understand how anyone supports someone who says there are good people on both sides of racism, who can‘t keep anyone in his cabinet, who thinks the economy is worth more than the lives of the most vulnerable, who mocks mask wearing and death threats and who wants to do it all for 4 more years.

SamAnne I get the sentiment. I‘ve spent the past two weekends deep in Trump country. I have neighbors who I rely on for so much who lean that way—for weird reasons they don‘t vote thankfully. But for those of us who can, who aren‘t as vulnerable, it is valuable to try and reach across the divide and try to have a conversation and change minds. It‘s the only way it happens. Oh, but it is hard. And people are being fed so much misinformation and fear. 4y

If you support Donald Trump, as is your right, you should probably unfollow me. arubabookwoman I‘m so disgusted with the man (and all his republican enablers). One explanation for this Tweet I heard was that a few weeks ago he made an unscheduled visit to the hospital, leading to press speculation of health issues. His staff said it was a routine checkup. In a speech to his supporters he said that the doctors at the hospital had never seen such a perfect chest as his (not exact quote, but close). Cont‘d below (edited) 5y

He got repremanded for using George W Bush as Mordred in the same publisher's Arthur and Lancelot graphic novel, and when he snuck a small peace sign into a tapestry in the background, they painted it out in post. (He calls them cowards for that.) Both books were done during the Bush years.
