1. I am ridiculously sentimental and keep too many school projects, pictures and clothes from my daughters with the idea I will one day make a charm quilt for each of them.
2. Stuffed animals, it‘s a weird holdover from childhood, they seem alive to me, my husband has to handle the stuffies. 🤦🏼♀️
3. Work calendars. I like to remember who I was working with and go down memory lane.
Cars are mostly to get from here to there but I have a few favorites of my own…

📚I have a book shelf for more recent books and then I have some totes hidden also…

🌙We care for 2 beautiful stray cats at hubby‘s work. Tilly & Toes are inseparable and so affectionate. We were so worried as Toes was missing for 10 days, but she turned up today!
🌙 A person who has good thoughts cannot ever be ugly. You can have a wonky nose and a crooked mouth and a double chin and stick-out teeth, but if you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.
🔶The best thing this week has been coming home after my trip, and having my grandmother not totally flip after I accidentally let slip I got my nose pierced.
🔶It‘s my birthday weekend, so we‘re going to Bold Rock to celebrate!
🔶I started and nearly finished Red, White, and Royal Blue today, AND convinced my sister to buy a copy too!

pickThis one felt very different to the first three books in the series. Some aspects were an improvement on the books (e.g. single plot line, learning more about Fieda‘s past) but I did miss the involvement of Frieda with a police investigation, and missed Karlsson too. It was a much faster paced book too as a result of the changes, and therefore quicker to read. It is a great series and quite mysterious with Frieda‘s link to a killer!

Here's another cool .50¢ find from my travels today. The tagged title is what this autobiographical novel was renamed after the author, Helen Forrester, went on to become quite famous for her memoirs of her Depression-era childhood in Liverpool. She signed it with all three of her names. ?
