Getting my February #BookSpin list out early for once. 💐💝
ETA: modified to account for last minute buddy reads 🙃
I read 16 books during the month of February 2023: 7 books were by #BlackAuthors; 5 for #AuthorAMonth.
Best ones:
The Poet X
The Cost of Knowing
Peach Blossom Spring
We Are Not Like Them
But I really enjoyed the books by Taylor Jenkins Reid, Attica Locke and Gloria Naylor. I‘m glad I read these 16 books. 1 box less from Once Upon A Book🙌They take space.
No bingos I made the #DoubleSpin only🤷🏽♀️
Super behind in my reading😳@TheAromaOfBooks
Here we go!! February‘s #bookspin
Some audio, book club, library books, #unreadbookshelf and challenge picks!
Can‘t wait to see what you pick, @TheAromaofBooks 📚
I‘m going to be out of town next week so I thought I‘d get a jump start on my #bookspinbingo list for February! I know there‘s still like a week to go but I knew I‘d forget if I didn‘t do it now 🤣!
My goals for #FabulousFebruary are:
Finish Sense and Sensibility
Finish Dime Store Magic
Keep up with 1619 Project, This Life, Rage Becomes Her, and A Truth Universally Acknowledged
Read On Juneteenth
Read The Dire Days of Willowweep Manor
January goals actually went really well - much better than I expected! I've been a little more ambitious with Feb (at least for me) so excited to keep going, @wanderinglynn
Here's my #bookspin and #doublespin for February..
I'm keeping my TBR short for the next month, I really want to read all of these books, so I'm hoping not to get distracted and stay focused on this list 🤞🏻
(On the positive side, it should be easier to get a Bingo!) @TheAromaofBooks
My final stats for #FabulousFebruary totally exceeded my goals of 4 books, 38hrs & many prompts. In the end I :
📚 Read 7 books
⏱ Read for 68hrs
# Ticked off a lot of prompts from many different challenges.
And I found a new fave author to boot! How was your #readathon?

Got a head start yesterday, thanks to being snowed in. Aiming to finish three books today.
Here is my February #BookSpinBingo books @TheAromaofBooks Waiting on one more pick. All books are from #GoodReads Feb/March #Romance challenge.
Crossing my fingers I will read most as I have all virtually on hand.

11/14/18 won't be read this month since they have been chosen by my group members for Feb & March Romance challenge.
I'm a little late on this, thanks to being sick and packing to move, but 12 down for February. Lots of "meh" reading that month, which was disappointing given that I had been highly anticipating about half of them. Nothing wrong per se but nothing uber exciting. My faves definitely were Lowcountry Bombshell and The Fifth Avenue Artists Society. I'll do better at keeping up in March...I promise.
My February wrap up.
3 Graphic Novels/Comics: Killjoys, Hazel & ChaCha, and Snow, Glass, Apples (I am counting Hazel & ChaCha Save Christmas because I can.)
1 Romance: Roomies (seriously love everything Christina Lauren does)
1 YA Fiction: Eliza and Her Monsters
1 YA Fantasy: A Curse So Dark and Lonely (probably my favorite read of the month)
Part 2 of my #MonthlyRundown
February was a great reading month. 2020 surpassed any February since I‘ve been keeping tack so I‘m super excited.
#MonthlyWrapUp #BookStats #FebruaryWrapUp
18 reads for February. Stats tomorrow when I don‘t feel so blah.

My February reading month : 26 books read and 9928 pages read.
It was a good month! Two 5️⃣⭐️ reads and several 4️⃣⭐️. The only one I didn‘t enjoy was Trick Mirror. Prisoner of Azkaban was my overall favorite. ⚡️
YTD: 32/125 (12 books ahead of schedule)

I only managed to get through 7 books this month and 5 of them were audiobooks. A few good ones though. Really enjoyed So You Want to Talk About Race, In the Dream House, and Another Brooklyn. Not a fan of Elegance of the Hedgehog or We Have Always Lived in The Castle
Read 8 books (3,047) pages. Definitely did better than last month lol. Favorite are probably some my rereads. The 3 that aren‘t rereads were nine perfect strangers, finding focus and the couple next door.
Only one paperback (#doubleSpin book)
3 #ebooks
3 - as ebook and paperback
#santhiReads2020 - February edition #FebruaryWrapUp #FebruaryBooks
YES! I finished it in last hours of Leap Day! 😂 Lol! I was sure this emotional ramble will drag to Mar. #MonthInTitle
Son calls mother with life-changing news, which sets them on respective paths of random reminiscing. Narration alternating between past & present lacked cohesion, imo.
Overthinking & random focus on vignettes of memory are no stranger to me but doesn't translate well as prose 😄
Sipping the Chianti to continue #LitsyPartyOfOne
Day 29 - #FebStats #FebruaryFeels
Finishing up some of these today!
I didn't do too terribly on my Feburary TBR. I read 4 of the 9 books and am about 40% into the 5th.
February 2020 books for the #NewberyEpicChallenge! I hope you all will join me! 😘
#FebruaryFeels Day 1: This is what I hope to be my #FebTBR. Looking forward to catching up on the #ScreamsByMail title, if (and when) it reaches me (cross fingers), then #NYRBBookClub February pick, and my #ReadIntl2020 titles for our Year of International Literature - first quarter theme is FANTASY! These translated titles all fit the bill.
I never make a TBR because I'm such a mood reader but I'm going to give it a try this month and see how closely I stick to it. The majority of these are library books so I have a good chance of getting them all done. 😜
I read so many great books in February. The Con Job was the worst, The Changeling is not just the strangest but may be the most “WTF?!” book I‘ve ever read, and I think An Unkindness of Ghosts was my favorite.
Trying to make sure I read more than I buy this year and for February I bought ZERO books!! 😱 I know I will buy some this month because I have a gift card. I‘m just happy that I am not going book crazy this early in the year!
Also @Litsy I am not a fan of the new way the focus feature works for pics. 😥 maybe I‘m not understanding yet! 🤷🏻♀️
Did quite well in February with keeping to my reading plan, read 14/18 I planned to read but read 10 that weren‘t on my original plan.
Despite illness and a short-notice move, I managed to finish 8 books in February.
Audiobooks: 4
Kindle: 4
Books in progress: 2
Total progress for the year: 19/52

I really don‘t know how I managed to read 24 books and 10,225 pages in February, well beyond last year (15 books 7586 pages). #FebruaryStats
Like January, 3 books in february.....

February was a good month for me—with a reading total of 40 books (3 print books, 7 ebooks, and 30 audiobooks). Some of my favorites were Strange the Dreamer, Children of Blood and Bone, and Brunch at Bittersweet Cafe.
Some of the books I read in February - in total I read 16; 8 hard copy and 8 Kindle.
My absolute favourite was ‘Once Upon a River‘, closely followed by 2 Kindle books, ‘The Beekeeper‘s Promise‘ and ‘The Snow Gypsy‘.
6 books off #MountTBR and only 3 for #readingUSA2019 - better get a move on with that challenge!
These are all the books I read in February. I just noticed they were all written by women. One audiobook, the rest were print/ebooks. Only one nonfiction, so I want to improve on that for March.
