#WordsOfOctober Day 6: We experience #nature when we take our regular afternoon walks, with our masks on of course. While parks have been closed for the past week now, it is still great to walk around our village.
So had to have a paperback for the pool.... on a Bentley Little trip lately! The fall brings changing leaves and overall change, but also brings its share of horror fiction!
And just like that I finished the 50k in May!!
Back at it today.
5 miles + 1 hour audio.

Another 5 mile walk done, definitely going to try and beat week ones 40 miles 👣 #bfcr4
Been so lucky with the weather this week and been able to get out and walk. I'm normally stuck in a gloomy classroom, we call the juniors the dark side for a reason 😂
Second week is going really well fitness wise 🙂 Over 20 miles walked so far 👣 #bfcr4
Fitness wise I have had a fantastic first week for #bfcr4 over 35 miles walked and feeling great 😄👣🎯
So many good Litsy happenings in October!

My goals are to listen to 6 books while active, take 100,000 steps a week, stick to a bone health diet, and PRACTICE SAYING NO!
Hope to see you all on the trail!

Was very spacey when I woke early (for me in summer) snd my body did not want to move. So I walked with my coffee in hand. Both my neighbor & I were rather slow compared to our usual pace. It‘s been in the 90s so I am trying to get my walk in the early morning hours before it really heats up. did 2 1/2 miles today.
Finished one book, working on 2nd for tomorrow.

Apologies-was away until yesterday. Walked 1.23 miles on the 23rd, and 2 miles today.
Goals: to walk 6 miles per week
To read 2books per week
In 6 weeks: 12 books
36 miles
Instead of driving to the shops for some groceries, I'm walking and doing a re-read of Heir of Fire via Audible.

I finally managed to walk over a mile for the past 5 days. Have not had a lot of reading this week due to school work, but I know I read 5 books- I need to check in case it‘s six. So close, but possibly not close enough. Thank you @wanderinglynn for this amazing experience ❤️❤️❤️#bookfitnesschallenge
#bfc #bookfitnesschallenge. Saturday‘s morning walk. Finished 2 books; one of which is an audiobook.

Another 2 mile walk today. Did not track it so thought I‘d share some photos of neighborhood flowers I pass by.

My walk today. The time is off because once I hit 2.09 miles I hit pause instead of stop. I was talking at length with a neighbor I ran into. When I hit pause it was a little over a 40 minute walk.

Week 1 totals - knocked my steps out of the park even though it was crazy busy this week.
Week 1 points = 27
Here we go! Excited for the first day of the #bookfitnesschallenge
My goals are simple: 15,000 steps a day, take my vitamins, and listen to 6 audiobooks. As you can see I‘ve got miles to go before I sleep, literally 😜
Good luck everyone!
Are you joining the fun! Tomorrow is the last day to sign up! @wanderinglynn #audiobookfitnesschallenge
#Litsywalkers #BookFitnessChallenge
My goals: 6 books in 6 weeks; 6 miles per week (walking)
Books will be a mix of audio/print.
There‘s still time to sign up! This is going to be fun!
I took the weekend to decide if I wanted to participate and have decided I think it will be good for me. Goal: walk three times weekly and drink at least 1 litre of water per day. Also 15 books. I am ready!
Thanks @wanderinglynn for this!
It‘s a gray, misty morning that reminds me of our trip to the Peak District a few years ago. But it didn‘t stop hubby and me from walking 2+ miles at the county park. @kaye does this count for a tree picture? Didn‘t see your challenge until we got home. #LitsyWalkers
This sunrise was actually from my morning walk two days ago, but I forgot to share it! This is the view from my front door, the sunrise at this time of year is at the same time we start walking to school!
Just the twice daily walk to and from Maya‘s school today.

My #🙄 #eyeroll goes to all the people who have commented when seeing me walking and reading, “better watch out, you‘re going to run into something.” This has only actually happened once - in high school while walking and reading I walked smack into a tree. :). #uncannyoctober #readeverywhere
What a great birthday so far! Spent the morning painting and cuddling with Coale, then went for a walk on this absolutely perfect fall day. The air was fresh and crisp and delicious, the leaves were vibrant, the sky was blue and welcoming. I adore this time of year! 😊❤️🍁🍃🍂

This may not be Bentley's greatest novel, but this human knows how to give his reader tons of #Cliffhangers. I do not recommend Bentley if you don't like terrifying or graphic works- the man truly knows how to make me shudder.

A little Book Haul on a Saturday visit to 2nd & Charles. The tagged book will be my first Bentley Little book. I'm excited to read it but not sure when that will happen with my ever growing TBR. 📚📚📚📚📚📚
Boring. Couldn't get into it. Gave up about a third of the way thru.
