Isn't this true for all of us? Imagination is so powerful! Sometimes we have lived a scenario so much in our mind that the scenario really happening/not happening doesn't really matter any more.
I awwdore this girl!!!!😍
I awwdore this girl!!!!😍
Okay, so I wasn't really sure if I should get this book but after seeing so many posts about it, I caved. #Pumpkinheads was my first #graphicnovel, actually, and I adored it! The story is sweet and adorable and the art is just gorgeous. 💚 It was a perfect October read. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Also, I really want to visit a pumpkin patch – and I don't even like pumpkins! (Unless they're used as decoration 🎃)

My first finish of #mrbook1inamillion #litsypartyofone and #24b4monday. This is a total #blameitonlitsy and am I ever thankful. I adored the story of Deja and Josiah on their last night at the Pumpkin Patch. This was also my introduction to Rainbow Rowell, and I look forward to reading more of her books in the future.
New book & self care afternoon at the end of a super harrowing week!!! My uncle passed away unexpectedly and quite young and so many people are heartbroken 💔
My expectations for this book might be super high but I‘m are this book can hold up to even that.
I‘m #gratefulfor finding out about this book from a post by @scripturient - Danke 😉 and really for this entire positive community!!
1. I read...four books? Which is a lot for me haha
2. Scorpio Races by far
3. The Scream movies were really good, but Halloween will always be my favorite.
4. I really liked the title and short sentence horror story games.
5. I slept for most of the day, did my makeup in an hour, went to lab, and then went to work. I have an 8am class tomorrow, so now I‘m home for the night!

I had an incredible October #screamathon. #wrapup Not everything I read qualifies as a spooky, suspenseful, or Fall read (12 do!) and I didn‘t get through everything on my wish list, but I got a lot of reading done, and most importantly, I enjoyed most of what I read. As an added bonus, nine of these count for #MountTBR 😱😱
Thanks for hosting #screamathon again @4thhouseontheleft 😘 Happy Halloween!
Happy Halloween y‘all!
I loved this graphic novel! The fall theme was beautiful &exactly what I hoped it to be. A cute story about 2 friends who have worked together at the Pumpkin Patch for the past 3 years. Being seniors, this is the friends' last year &last night before leaving for college. The illustrations were beautiful, characters were lovable, & the plot line was pleasing. Fun for me, but also appropriate & enjoyed by my 11 year old son!
Pumpkinheads is a great story for fall, especially since it occurs at a pumpkin patch. Deja and Josiah are working their final night at “The Patch” and Deja wants to make sure that it‘s special, by helping Josiah finally talk to The Fudge Girl.
It's a light-hearted and cute novel. My favorite part is that it wasn‘t heavy, you could take everything at face value and not worry about reading between the lines.
Pumpkins done 🎃🎃
Looove this. Cute and funny and charming and sweet. It's a perfect fall read for anyone interested in sweet rather than spooky. Genuinely laughed out loud and had moments that made my heart go aaaaaw. Just really enjoyed everything about this one. I have really enjoyed Faith Erin Hicks in the past, but this is my introduction to Rainbow Rowell and I'm definitely interested in reading more of her stuff.
A trip to my library to pick up the tagged hold solidified my #weeklyforecast as I try to end the month on a spooky note! I probably won‘t get through all three, but that really depends on if we schedule a game night for Friday or if I simply read through the weekend. 😄
I‘m also going to read another chapter or two of YOGABODY by Judith Hanson Lasater for my Experiential Anatomy homework🧘🏻♀️ and finish my audiobook tagged in the comments.
This was just the coziest fall read! It really embodied everything that makes fall great- the smells, the food, the colors... I absolutely adored Deja. She‘s unapologetically herself and has a great passion for life. She shows that you don‘t have to be delicate and feminine to be adorable or lovable. I loved her determination to help her friend talk to his crush. We all need a friend like Deja. The ending was sweet and oh so satisfying.
The first graphic novel I‘ve read in 15 years, and it was perfect. Halloween feelings, wholesome friendships, I loved this book.
With just 5 days until Halloween, this graphic novel is the ultimate cozy read to soak up all the Fall feels! Deja and Josiah have been buddies each Autumn for years while working at the world‘s best pumpkin patch and in Pumpkinheads, we join them on their last night at the patch before heading off to college the next Fall. What starts like any other night at the patch becomes an epic and romantic adventure complete under the harvest moon! 🎃
I love this so much. Love it. Love it. Love it. I may have to make this an annual Fall read just because it‘s so wonderful and makes me happy and even though I‘m crying, I love it. The art is gorgeous, the story is sweet, and the characters are the best. Calling it a night with 7 1/2 hours read for #24B4Monday
This was the sweetest! A charming ode to friendship and all things fall—including endings and new beginnings, which are both tied up with how the season feels to me. And goodness, I wanted ALL THE FALL SNACKS after reading this. I mean, Pumpkin Bomb? 😋 Yes, please! 🎃 💣😍
I bought Pumpkinheads at Target and then sat on the couch and finished it in an hour or two. Deja and Josiah go searching all around the pumpkin patch for Josiah's crush and taste everything the pumpkin patch has to offer on the way. This was a really cute, light read that both kids and adults and enjoy. I wish there was a pumpkin patch near me as massive and fun as the one in this book.
#ChillingPhotoChallenge #day20 #JackOLantern Halloween has never been a big deal in Australia, it‘s slowly growing in popularity but is still not seen as a holiday. So this is my first and only attempt at pumpkin carving, I was going for a “Nightmare before Christmas” feel. I‘m planning on trying another this Halloween, we have a few kids in our street who trick or treat. #Scareathlon #TeamSlaughter 1point #PointsTotal-1,079
