Most of my most anticipated books of 2023 come out in February! I mean these are the sequels I‘ve been waiting for! I started the #clunkster that is Chain of Thorns which came out yesterday but February is looking pretty brilliant. #serieslove2023

Slow reading month for February however, I‘m desperately hoping🤞🏻🙏🏻 that March makes up for it.
Thanks to all the wonderful Readathon & Challenge hosts! I apologize in advance to anyone I forgot to tag. Long week & my 🧠only seems to be partially functional. ♥️♥️♥️
February was a slow reading month for me.

Here‘s my February #BookSpinBingo wrap up. I think I definitely could have had 2 bingos but I spent a lot of time in February listening to new music. I got to see 2 streamed concerts too: Dashboard Confessional who just released a new album last week and The Wombats who released a new album in January. Love them! My only DNF this month was because I haven‘t read the other books it references. Would like to come back to it at some point.
It‘s been a hell of a week here in NWLA, with electricity and water concerns all week, trying to do homeschooling when able and take care of everyone in the house; all while hubby was home from work all week. Adds up to not much reading time! But finishing This Is My America gave me another line for #bookspinbingo and a little more progress in #FabulousFebruary. No way I‘ll meet my goals, but any reading is good reading.
And my proposed February TBR is absolutely nuts. I don‘t plan to finish Count of Monte Cristo, but I‘d like to read at least a chapter a day. I will finish A Deception at Thornecrest in about an hour. Then, I have three other books that I didn‘t get to in January, plus 12 on my February list. I can‘t decide if it‘s good to dream big or just insane. 🤣🤣 This doesn‘t include any audiobooks that I‘ll listen to while I work.
I ended up doing better than I expected in January. Met my goal of 3 books a month...working on the 4th 🤞. So here we go again for February!

Changing things up a bit for #bookspinbingo next month! I‘ve rearranged my shelves (again) and turned my book cart back into my “really want to read soon” collection. I am hoping beyond hope that the February numbers are kind and don‘t make me read The Eye of the World and Leviathan Wakes in the same month but I suppose we shall see 🙈😅 @TheAromaofBooks
After a very disappointing start to the month, I managed to rock this past week, for a total of 10 books finished (5 of those this week!), so I am really happy with these stats. The starred books were my favorites (excluding my reread of Persuasion), but I enjoyed all but An American Marriage and Three Act Tragedy. 💖

Happy Feb...can‘t believe a month has gone by in 2020?!?!?
I can‘t believe that it is February already!!! This looks like a super fun photo challenge!! #februaryfeels @Eggs
I've really gotten out of the habit of posting here. I really want to get back to it on a more regular basis. #readinfebruary #February2019 #romantsy
Here is my February warp up. The month didn't go as planned. The highlights are for read books. The two in yellow were unplanned. I have started all but Ink and Bone. I am still struggling with The Wolf and the Watchman. I plan to make a serious push to finish it in March.🤞
February has been very crazy, indeed! Lots of exciting things happening at the library in the coming months, but it also means a lot of prep work for it. Most nights, I drop on the couch and stare at the TV. But, I did manage to finish a few books this month, and I‘m still ahead on the Goodreads challenge.
My February #wrapup. My reading this month has definitely been influenced by my starting my internship, and then not having much time or energy to read. At least not as much as I had when I was just at home all day 😅 I‘m hoping March will bring some reading time and energy, but I‘m trying not to be too tough on myself. Sometimes, you just need to chill with bad tv, and I‘m okay with that 🙌
I‘d like to thank Harry Potter for getting my page count up and the Little People, Big Dreams board books for getting my books read count up. February was a brutal month that cut into my reading time so here‘s hoping for a better March!
#februarystats
15 books read this month, 8 books by Black authors for Black History Month. I finished my #Booked2019 winter goals. A much better reading month than I expected!
23 books finished this month! Not bad for a short month! 14 print and 9 audio. 7 nonfiction. Aside from my perennial favorite Ove, the best books were Americanah, Fox 8 (really a short story), Parkland and Shortest Way Home. The only book I really strongly disliked this month was McGlue.
#Februarytbr #tbr a little early maybe. Managed to get to all the books on my list and I‘m happy to say I did read most of them, and only dnfed 2/9.
February's planned reads all done 😊 Going to aim for 10 a month and get through some of my tbr list 😍
Currently read 14 books and got 2 more to read before Friday👍🏻
😂😂😂👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 #LitsyHumor
I don't think I'll make it to all of these, but they are the books I'll be pulling from all month. #FebruaryTBR #literarylove

Well maybe not all of these in February, it is a short month 😁. Will definitely try and make the majority read from my bookshelf.

I had a pretty productive February, despite it being a short month. It's still never enough!

February lookin' up! There is 100% no way I'm getting to all these in February, but it's such a beautiful list, it makes me happy to look at it. #februarytbr #blackhistorymonth #readingresolutions #mounttbr #yearofthechunkster #poetrychallenge2018 #luminariesbuddyread #bujo
I am absolutely terrible at keeping to a reading list so I hope no one checks behind me at the end of the month! In any case, this list is what I hope will be my #FebruaryTBR I'm also still working my way through She-Wolves, a history of England's earliest queens. #ReadingResolutions @Jess7
I dunno... Think maybe I've signed up for too many group reads? 😜🤣
I have other books I want to read too. 😩 Both in reading challenges and just for pleasure. How will I find the time?! Stop list making and start reading. Sure. 😂
Another great month of reading! Only 1 DNF, 2 rereads, and 8 non-fiction. I'm extremely happy about the NF as one of my goals was to read more this year. 😃
#februarystats #endofthemonth #stats
I don't foresee any major change for this month's reading roundup, so here are my stats. I'm very pleased with the amount of reading I was able to accomplish in February. I read some very good books & some really awful ones too 😜I only read two nonfiction this month, which I'd like to increase next month @Ebooksandcooks I may need some suggestions! Looking forward to March, which means #summersolstice signup is only a month away!!!!!
Happy Sunday/Monday! Hope you guys are having/had a great weekend! Share with me one fun thing you did!
