I‘m happy to be rereading this one with my book club. Surprisingly, no one else had read it yet. I wonder if anyone will continue to book two?
I started the first book in the trilogy Saturday and just finished up today. Really enjoyed all the nerding out over scientific history that I wanted to keep going. Ended up picking the other two up at the book and about to start the next one.
@HOTPock3tt why didn‘t you tell me this was so good????

I'm excited to start this one, I've heard a lot about it since the TV show came out! Has anybody read it? If so, what did you think? 🧙♀️
I‘m new to #Litsy but excited to use this app. Unsure where to begin so here is my current read. 😊 I‘m loving it so far!
Yeah, pretty much.☺️ I tried the other literary witch quiz and I‘m happy with this answer as well. I kinda have a thing for the Bishop witches.

I enjoyed the start and slow-building setup of the first 300 or so pages...but ultimately found the fanatical, tunnel-visioned romance at the book‘s center to be objectionable, and the two main characters themselves rather unlikable by the end. Haven‘t decided yet whether I‘ll continue the series.
Enjoying this book immensely (even if the Twilight comparisons come a bit too easy for my liking).
Also enjoying fall temperatures finally reaching Cincinnati these last few days. Autumn outdoor reading is my favorite.
So I‘m really proud of myself for finishing this and finally being able to complete some of the #scaryscavengerhunt this book checks off a few prompts - with a witch in it, that‘s over 200 pages,is part of a series, and maybe (can be debated) about a vampire that‘s 3-4/13 #scarathlon #teamstoker @TheReadingMermaid that‘s 3pts or is it more? Also really enjoyed this book
An ambitious pile this month but I also have a week off..
👮🏼♀️ I need to finish The Hate U Give.
🦞 My book club is reading Where the Crawdads Sing.
🐉 The illustrated version of HP & the Goblet of Fire is out on Tuesday (my original copy is standing in). I‘ll also reference Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them.
🎃 I love spooky books in October so I have my eye on The Book of Speculation and A Discovery of Witches.
💀I love my new Thinker.
This month is all about the spooky reads and #audiocrochet! I finished Gideon the Ninth, which was AMAZING and did a reread of Rowell‘s Carry On, which was even more cheesy and delightful the second time around. Now I‘m listening to the tagged book and enjoying this cooler weather. I ♥️ autumn.
I really enjoyed this book, although I do have the tendency to see the best. After finishing I saw SO many negative reviews on Goodreads, and I do see how some people would view the relationship between Diana and Matthew as unhealthy. I however, saw it as two people in love, fighting together for that love, instead of Matthew being a controlling douche. There were a million Twilight similarities.

Here's my plan for Winter #booked2019. I've already read #3, which is handy as I'm aiming for 2 prompts a month. However I have been slightly ambitious with my October #tbr so sticking to just the tagged book for this month.
I'm not doing the Fall prompts for #booked2019 & I've completed Spring & Summer. About to post my picks for Winter, but do you need a summary of what I completed for Spring @Cinfhen @4thhouseontheleft @BarbaraTheBibliophage ? I realise I won't be entered into the draw!
So I'm reading this book, and I'm REALLY enjoying it so far. I'm only 117 pages in, but I'm thinking it's great so far. My only complaint is this: WHITE SPACE. The margins are very narrow, the font is tiny, and the line spacing is thin. Which leaves minimal white space. And there are 579 pages.
Does anybody else struggle with books like this? I could understand if it was a mass market sized paperback, but it's one of the larger sized hardcovers.
I just remembered that this bad boy is due back to the library on October 1st! It has 579 pages. Wonder if I can finish it by Tuesday?
I'm not normally one to pick up one book before I've finished another, but as I'm only 37 pages into Legendary, I guess I'll have to make an exception.
Very random book haul from Barnes and Noble today. I have got some reading to do and I‘m so excited!
1. I was genuinely shocked at how bad this book was. I don‘t understand how it‘s popular.
2. Parks & Rec, Bob‘s Burgers, Rick & Morty
3. Not sure yet? Prob something involving eggs.
5. Blue Bone
Thank you @AsYouWish for my #fallathogwarts box!!
One of the earliest to read books I ever added on here. And now I just need the twins to complete my weasley collection. Unless there is a Bill Weasley, and the parents. Too bad Charlie never had a scene in the movies!
I have a bracelet to show my house pride now thanks!!
@Endowarrior21 thanx for allowing me to join, it was fun!
Thanks!!! He reads quicker than I can keep up and has read so many books!!! I may have him create a profile on Litsy.
This book was just ok for me. It dragged on and on. I did like the story and the characters but could have been cut back a bit. Too many details and not enough action during the first half. I really had to push through to finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
