I am happy with my December Wrap Up! 🎉📚🎉 I read 23 books over the month which is more than my norm. Extra days off, readathons & audiobooks added to the total. I finished all my buddy reads for various events & read most of what was on my December TBR althoygh books were added & swapped out as I remain a mood (or moody) reader! 😉

Standout favorites were Bookshops & Bonedust & Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat although I enjoyed most everything I read.💚

How can it been the middle of December already 🙈So busy recently not had a chance to post for the #DashingDecember Readathon!

Starts Saturday & like always choose your own goals, whatever they may be! Very informal for those that haven‘t played along before - decide what your own goals & post saying what those goals are, or what you are hoping to read. But we know that can change according to mood.

Not going to lie, I do have some FOMO around not participating in the #WinterGames fun but as much as I enjoyed #Scarathlon it‘s going to be busy at work & I need a gentler holiday. I‘ll be joining in on several buddy reads & some of the #NaturalLitsy #MidwinterSolace events

Here is my December TBR: some lighter books, cozies, thrillers & a couple of holiday-ish books. I‘ll be knocking out my #BOTM challenge & sneaking in some #SeriesLove2023 ⬇️

I slowed down my reading in November recovering from Scarathlon but I‘m ready to step it up for #WinterGames Team #SnowAngels!

#wondrouswednesday I actually took this one this morning! It‘s already warmed up, but it was frigid this morning! We don‘t have much planned this weekend.
Hibachi on NYE and if the rain stays away, a trail 5k on NYD.

Here‘s my December progress so far! A good chunk of these were novellas, comics, or graphic novels, which helps me get through so many. I‘m still reading the last two, and hope to finish a minimum of 6 by the end of the month so my annual count will be 1000!

Here‘s a belated summary of what I read in December. I listened to a bunch of easy audiobooks since I was stitching lots of Christmas gifts. As I posted previously, Takei was definitely my favorite of the month. The Seed Keeper was a total #blameitonlitsy read and I wound up buying a copy for my bf‘s mom since she loves gardening and reading. A very decent month, all told!
