A month or so ago, I picked up my Kindle only to discover that one of my cats had chewed up the custom cover my Boyfriend got me nearly 7 years ago. Of course, I couldn't find another cover that looks like River Song's 500 Year journal. What I did end up getting is even better, IMO, and can be seen in the next post.

🎧 Doctor Who: Here There Be Monsters (Companion Chronicles) by Andy Lane. I took a closer look. This is 1 of 16! Carol Ann Ford, Susan, the First companion reads this one. Ian, Barbara & the Doctor join her in this adventure. Sentient plant ship. Can‘t beat that for a fun romp through time & space. Since these are short they make great intermission stories 🤗 If you have any idea what I‘m talking about you might like these quick stories. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Peter Capaldi is literally the only reason I decided to come to Fan Expo Canada 2019. I met him in Ottawa in 2017 but this is the first time I've met him with my Twelve cosplay! (He dubbed it fantastic.) AND he gave me a hug so now I am officially dead LOL 😂😂

So many of you commented when I recently posted about my daughter getting her senior pictures made, so I wanted to share a few of my favorites with you. Not exactly book-related - although I could tag Ballet Shoes or The Hunger Games 😉. I'm so thrilled with the different facets of her personality that our photographer captured - the ballerina, the archer, & the pop culture fanatic.

I am at Terrificon in Connecticut and there are so many people. I did see John Barrowman and now it makes me want to watch Torchwood and Doctor Who.

I really need to find this special and re-watch it! I loved it so...also John Hurt was a marvel. #books #booklover #whovian

Slowed down a bit in December 2018 with "only" 13 books read.
Book of the month: Doctor Who: The Vault, by Marcus Hearn. So much geekiness packed into a single book.

The actual audio book doesn't seem to be in the Litsy database, but wheeeeeee lighthearted fun!
