Sugar, Butter, Flour: The Waitress Pie Book | 
May 2nd was the 13 anniversary of the Waitress film so I made my own creation with stuff I had around the house. I call it S‘mores Almond Java Pie
Meet Ogie. We feed the ferals in our neighborhood and this guy showed up one day and wasn't like the others. It was obvious he was an indoor cat who had been abandoned. Once we found out this sweet boy wasn't microchipped we adopted him. I picked up the soundtrack to Waitress the musical a while back at the library because I was in a broadway mood. I kinda put off listening to it until the other day. I did not expect I would love it so much. It kinda opened the floodgates to a show tunes binge of a weekend for me. I totally wanna see it when it comes to TX. Any theatre dweebs out there? 😉

Slow As Molasses Shoofly Pie, straight out of the oven (and prior to the point where I dump salted caramel sauce all over it, as per the recipe). It's headed for a party so I hope it's good.
My tomato pie isn't photogenic, but it tastes pretty good.
