They're all so quotable. I was born in 1979, so I leaned more to the comedies than those with a more serious tone.

#Back2School #Bunnyread It is all about the music, always has been. I grew up with young parents who liked to rock. I was into the cliche hair bands, and 80‘s pop and everything in between. I never missed a chance to dance, I went to Footloose at the theater in 7th grade. AC/DC was my first concert last day of my junior year 🤘🏻. I associate music with every life event. We play “guess the year it came out” and my kids are amazed🙄

Jumping on the #schoolbus even though I didn‘t #bunnyread sorry! I thought I‘d just sum up first year in high school (left) and the last year (right) I went from Aha and Amy Grant and bad hair and obsessing over Seventeen and Madamoiselle magazines to REM and Billy Bragg and a little more political awareness - plus lovely friends (that‘s a Bambina we hand painted at the bottom) Nice memories to recollect right now!

I‘m hopelessly tardy for the #Back2School #BunnyRead party as it has just not been the greatest of weeks.😐So no time nor inclination to dig through pics & I‘m just focusing on 2 years: 1983 my senior year in high school & 1986 when I finished college & keeping it simple with the movies, tv shows & books I liked that came out during those years. I‘m going to try to catch up with the mix playlist tomorrow & attempt to finish the book by Sunday!😱
