Finished this book two days ago, and still thinking of Eleanor. Loved this book.

Who doesn't love a witty wizard detective covered in a leather duster? Especially when they run around solving insane magical crimes in Chicago.

This entire series is my absolute favorite, but the first one is always the best place to start. The story is engaging and Jim Butcher's amazing plot threads woven through the whole series will blow your mind.

Only Child | Rhiannon Navin

Navin gives her six-year-old protoganist Zach a unique and utterly believable voice as he navigates his way through his complex feelings about a family tragedy. Beautifully written, and unforgettable.

Selected Poems | William Carlos Williams
post image

I first heard about William Carlos Williams on the Wonderful! podcast, and a few days later I coincidentally found this collection of his poems in a used book store. As much as I love a good old heap of flowery language, I also really enjoy the fact that Williams values the mundane without transforming it into the grandiose. Looking forward to continue reading!

I loved this book. Right from the beginning I was on the edge of my seat. If you‘re a fan of psychology thrillers I think that you‘ll enjoy this one. 4/5 Stars

Pickpick

“All American Muslim Girl” is truly an inspiring book. Allie is a really brave and caring girl. One of my favorite moments from this book is when Allie argues with Jack Henderson. I admire how brave and courageous she is; standing up for Muslims.
Overall, the book is just indescribable. It‘s filled with twists and turns, capturing the reader. Also, it is filled with romance, adventure and much more! I definitely recommend this book!

My first book of 2020👩🏼‍🔬 I know I‘m behind on it since even President Obama recommended this book last year and I‘m really happy I finally got around to it! Plus I loved listening to it read by Dr Jahren!
Also shout out to Libby and The Pittsburgh library for letting me borrow it!
