Watching this with MisterInBlue tonight. I watched this obsessively when it came out. I was 12. It's not a surprise I turned out the way I did. 😅

pickJohan was not pleased that I spent yesterday evening finishing this book instead of focusing all of my attention on him. 😹
Soft pick. The world building was overly complex, and the pacing was inconsistent. However, I was invested in the characters, and the end did satisfy some of my doubts. I'd be willing to give the next book a chance.
I read this purely for fun and escape.
Sometimes I listen to music that reflects my mood, and sometimes I listen to music to try to change my mood. I've been feeling anxious, so I've been finding comfort in this playlist I made for MisterInBlue last year when my health started turning around. I guess it's not surprising that songs that remind me of my safe person make me feel safe. 🩵🩵🩵
