I just wanted to say Thank You for all the sweet comments for my Amelia! It means a lot! Litsy family is the best family!
We lost our Amelia last night. 😢 She started having seizures which was the worst thing ive ever seen. We rushed her to the emergency and they said shed never wake up and if by chance she did it wouldnt be good. I miss her so much. She was our last ferret so the empty cage is super painful. It was hard waking up this morning and coming into the living room knowing she wouldnt be there waiting for me.

Thank you all so much for the kind words and thoughts last night. ❤️ Our little buddy didn't make it through the night, and we're heartbroken. It'll be really weird to not have Sherlock around being a goofball, but we're happy for the fun times we had with him and are glad we got to share so much of them with you. We're glad he's no longer in pain even though we'll miss him a lot. Rest easy, little goober. ❤️🐻🐾

We keep a box of packing peanuts for #thebookishferrets to play in. (the organic kind, so they won't choke!) After searching forever I found Sherlock sleeping in the peanut bin. Dying over here. 😂 What a reading distraction. I uncovered him for the picture but he was sleeping completely buried. What a nut. 🙈🐻
