Meticulously orders its collection of famous-author haikus by subject matter etc., so that they flow into each other instead of using the usual date/author order you see in anthologies. Very nice effect but it does strip away the any authorial or historical context.

Also includes some artwork.

The translations were good English poetry. Been borrowing library ebooks - first one where I'll buy it if I see it at a used book store.

I don't have a costume this year; and probably won't be going out... but that won't stop me from dressing up Totem and Oscar. #halloweengoespostal and #allhallowsreadbookexchange are the main things I'm looking forward to this Halloween--but one of my packages is currently stuck at a friend's house 5 hours away from me! 😱 Doubtful I'll get to open it on Tuesday. 😭😭
