I had a great July for fitness & food tracking. 🏋🏼‍♀️ Not so much on reading. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My August goals:
🏃🏼‍♀️ 10k steps at least 21 days
🏋🏼‍♀️ workout 3 days/week
🧘🏼 yoga + meditate
📝 continue to use Noom daily to track food
📚 finish June & July & complete August #bookspin & #doublespin books

bthegood Summer reading has been slow - but that is due to getting outside and spending time with people - glad you did well on fitness goals last month - I've switched some things up and am tackling my TBR list (which I keep adding to - so......) and still working out at least 4 times a week - no number on books though (just reading when and as much as I can) - thx for hosting. 3y
wanderinglynn @bthegood absolutely spend as much time outside. I fully support that. Reading is as much or as little as you want. #BFC is all about your goals. 😀 3y

wanderinglynn @BennettBookworm BFC = book fitness challenge. You pick a book goal + some sort of fitness goal—physical, mental, spiritual, or nutritional. Then you aim to work on your goals at least 21 days each month. You may set new goals each month. And if you find a goal isn‘t working for you, you can adapt it to one that does work for you. 3y

PerksOfBeingABookworm I‘m always a few days late. Thanks for doing this, it really helps keep me focused! In August I was half a book away from completing my reading goal. My fitness goal for September is still to drink 2 glasses of water each day and not immediately jump on my phone in the mornings. My reading goal is kind of vague. Finish that half a book 🤦🏻 reread Evelyn Hugo, and work my way through my BOTM backlog. 3y

NovelGirl82 Hi! I‘ve made my way back. Life has been a bit crazy. My goals are working out at least 4 days/wk, I‘d like to at least finish a couple of books this month (grad school is killing my fun reading!), and drink more water! 3y

Bookworm54 I have a few books on my tbr for the challenges. I may have picked too many things! But at least the horsemen and among the gods span over a month so I can try squeeze them in! I am eyeing up the mountain book at the minute but since I am back at work I am struggling to make time to read (I wasn‘t used to the early mornings anymore!) 4y
AkashaVampie @Bookworm54 just take ur time on them. I keep posting about the challenges every so often so I get everyone to see them. I wanna give everyone a chance at them if they want. 4y
Bookworm54 I definitely trimmed the down after seeing how many books I would need to fit in! I am aiming for the posed by the book, 4 horsemen, and among the gods. ☺️ I might take a look at the family tree one when I get chance at the weekend too. To look up names if nothing else haha 4y

My husband and I are on Day 20 of our 30-Day Walking Challenge! It was very cold 🥶 today! Oh, and I don‘t have gray hair yet, well not when I get to go to my hair stylist. I hope I can get there soon.

My #ReadingGoals for September are to read more books related to my challenges. In addition, #agathachristieclubr2 is starting this month, and I‘ll have a #LiteraryCrew #buddyread starting later this month. And, I hope to join the #botmbuddyread this month, as I‘ve wanted to read Evelyn Hugo. Will I stick to the plan? Probably not. #SebastianKitty is skeptical about it. He‘s also upset he can‘t lay on my papers. #SelfImprovementSept #catsoflitsy

So - I‘m joining in on this for Round 2 - which starts on Sunday and lasts for 6 weeks.

My commitments are :-
1 -To read 6 books in 6 weeks
2- To swim 3 times a week with effort!
3- Walk at least 15 miles a week
4- To do something nice for myself once a week

Now I‘ve said that out loud in public 🤣. Come join in or cheer me on - or both!

Mitch @julesG to complete number 1 will be a pleasure, Number 2 less so! I have a tendency to go swimming and kid myself I‘m exercising....... I have to focus on trying to put in more effort and actually ‘ break a sweat‘ 🤣 6y
julesG Know exactly what you mean. My problem used to be the opposite. After years of lots of swimming for cardio I now have to take it easy. 6y
