A little #bookmark love today. Found in the old family stash.made by a bookmark company in Philadelphia in 1962.What it says happens a lot to me! 🤔😴

One of my work colleagues just went to Ireland and brought me back this gorgeous bookmark. Isn‘t it fabulous? 😍

I'm headed to the Dayton Book Fair on Sunday. I made some bookmarks to leave behind for people to find.

Hopefully they'll bring a smile to someone's face.

I may try to get one or two more completed tomorrow.

WOW! @Kdgordon88 I feel so spoiled with my #bookmarkswap box! I love that you got bookmarks based on my posts & I LOVE each & every one! The “mushroom soup” is adorable—I had no soupish bookmarks! The Multnomah Falls gives me great Oregon memories & the Van Gogh Irises remind me of my mom & a recent fun day. The Austen quotes are perfect & the colors & leaves of the fabric marker give me great autumn vibes. The personalized resin bookmark is so ⬇️

I have a bookmark obsession. These are a few of my favorites. I love the tassel ones, but they always fall apart. I made the HP one, & my daughter made me the fox one when she was around 14. The P&P ones are little post-its, and they're totally cute but not maybe as practical for long books. I love the feel and weight of the metal ones. I've got quite a few magnet ones, but King and the Outlander ones are my faves.

Early morning (7 am) Target run today and found these bookmarks on clearance. All for $2. I went to try to get the books on sale but nothing that I wanted. But, I am happy that I found these.

When Marley Dias was 10, she was frustrated by the lack of diverse books in her school library. She launched a diverse book drive in November 2015, hoping to collect 1,000 books. She collected over 11,000 books. Now, at 15, she‘s hosting Bookmarks on Netflix. There are 12 five-minute episodes.

Trying to get life together ... It‘s going to be a bit crazy for the next few months... 26 boxes of books packed (most of them yesterday), about 8-10 to go!

In Japan, there‘s a custom where bookstores often give customers free paper covers for books purchased, and a lot of bookstores also give out bookmarks, which are usually just advertising.

Some bookstores go above and beyond, though. These adorable book covers and bookmarks are from a store in Osaka called Seiwado.

Bookish mail always makes my day. I got this awesome package today from an etsy company called epikpage. I'm totally thrilled with all the sweet bookmarks (and the adorable sticker they sent). Three of them (fox, alpaca, and cat) are for my daughter, but the others are all mine. They have full images on the backside, too, so I have a little George R.R. Martin booty to mark my place. 😁
