There are some interesting picks in these stacks! There are a few that have been on my TBR awhile, and a few I've never heard of before. It's like Christmas up in here! #LoveMyLibrary #IWonABagOfBooks

I‘ve made myself quite a stack of #TBR books for August 😅

Currently listening to The Name of the Wind (meh 😕... very wordy) and reading An American Tragedy (👍🏼) but I want to start something else on this rainy day! ⛈☔️

So many choices... where do I start?? All suggestions welcome 🤗⬇️

TrishB Perks is awesome. 5y
laur89 @TrishB I agree! One of my all-time favs. 💚 overdue for a reread for sure! 5y

For #TopTenTuesday today, I put together a summer TBR. In this season, my tendency is to pick up the fun romances—for the feel-good #laughter and smiles and charm—but I made sure to include some history and adventure to mix it up. I‘m excited for some good stories. #30junebooks

Caroline2 Yeah, I like feel-good romances in the summer too! 😊 5y
revellbooks Love these colors, so perfectly summery!! 5y
BooknerdsLife Beautiful stack 😍 5y
MayaB1226 I always pick up light, fluffy romances in the summer—then feel bad because summer is when I have all this free time to read weighty classics or long adventure series, and I‘m instead choosing the light romances! But I guess I shouldn‘t feel bad for reading what I like. 😂 Glad to see I‘m not the only one! This TBR stack looks awesome! 5y

The other day, someone asked me my favorite book read this year—one of the hardest questions I‘ve had to answer recently. #bookwormproblems #30junebooks

Here are a few of the books I‘ve read and loved during #BookFitnessChallenge. Their stories captivated me (making it easier to keep working out), plus I‘m a sucker for any sort of romance. #bfc

Clwojick I‘ve been meaning to get a copy of The Brides Test. 😍 5y
TheSpineView I am with @clwojick So many books.... 😃 5y
wanderinglynn Thanks for sharing! 5y
Read4life I‘ve got Champion on my TBR (with several hundred other books 😳). Hopefully I‘ll get to it soon 5y
TheReadingNurse I just picked up The Bride Test! Marie Lu's Legend series is one of my all time favorites! I even got my mom to read (and love) all three books 5y

This is all the books I've gotten this month!

The HP books I was a little sad about when they arrived because Chamber of Secrets isn't the edition I had thought it was so it doesn't go with the ones I ordered, but 🤷🏻‍♀️ and then Deathly Hallows didn't have its dust jacket when it should've which was a big bummer. And the rest just weren't in the best shape, unfortunately.

Here is my August #tbrstack
It includes the top 2 #makemereadit choices, a #sfmbc pick, my first #coffeebeanbookclub round 2 selection, and The Trench (because I want to read it before I see Meg). Thankfully my #Goodreads #dustybookshelf picks overlap these.
I'll have to add any #restingbookface, #whodunitbymail or #lmpbc books that show up this month. It's a lot for me. I better get reading!

Marmie7 Your #lmpbc book is on the way! Hope you like it! 6y
GlassAsDiamonds Ah... maybe make sure you‘ve got ready access to Crooked Kingdom before you start Six of Crows, it‘s a contiguous duology (I‘m constitutionally incapable of grace user cliff hanger...😂🤦🏻‍♀️😂)! 6y

WarpedSweetness Still house Lake was so good! It wasn't my typical reading, but I tried it because of Litsy and loved it. I've been eyeing up The Book of the Unnamed Midwife. 6y
tomes4gnomes @WarpedSweetness I‘m glad you recommend Stillhouse — I love a Good page-turner and I‘m hoping this will fit the bill, and the sequel sounds great, too. Unnamed Midwife was recommended to me the other day by a fellow Red Rising trilogy and dystopian fan. I‘ll review it here if I get to it any time soon (tooooo many books!). 6y
WarpedSweetness @tomes4gnomes Stillhouse Lake was a real page turner for me, and it was really thrilling. I've been hearing that sequel was just as good. I'll keep an eye out if you're able to review it! I love dystopian stories. 6y
Nute I like finding out about books that I hadn‘t heard of prior to someone‘s book haul. Definitely checking out Stillhouse Lake and The Book of the Unnamed Midwife. Already enjoyed Big Mushy Happy Lump, All the Single Ladies, A Wrinkle in Time and Sleeping Giants. I hope you enjoy all of your book discoveries. Nice selections! 6y

I'm in the mood for STACKING - who's with me. I'm heading over to 15-20 randomly selected Littens to stalk their feed and stack some books that I may have missed in the feed. As @keithmalek would say, getting stacks gives a high better than drugs... and I want to give out ALL THE LITFLUENCE.

Also, I have a bad habit of clicking on the book link and stacking from there, so you might not have gotten the stack. 😔 Fixing that now tho! #stacked

melissanorr What a great idea! I do the same thing re the book link so I will have to try to go stack some books from profiles. 6y

Yoohoo! I'm looking to stack my #TBR with your fav thriller and mystery recommendations for the book swap. HELP! #SecretSantaGoesPostal #WinterSolsticeBookExchange

Bookzombie I liked Gillian Flynn‘s books. Also, The Millennium Trilogy by Stieg Larsson is great. 6y
Bookzombie I like a number of mystery series. 6y

Bookzombie Anything by Karin Slaughter 6y
RaimeyGallant @Bookzombie You and I have similar tastes! I've read a lot of these and stacked one from an old review of yours. Thanks! 6y
Aloisi_tribe ALL of Tana French's books, Robert Galbraith's three books, Mo Hayder's Jack McCaffrey series (I think there are 9 books now), I second The Killer Next Door and also loved Alex Marwood's other two books, Anna's Book by Barbara Vine (aka Ruth Rendell). 6y
RaimeyGallant @Aloisi_tribe Thanks! The Barbara Vine one looks super interesting, so onto my #TBR it goes. :) 6y
danibolahood Linwood Barclays Promise Falls trilogy (starts with Broken Promise). City of the Lost by Kelley Armstrong. And for more mystery less thriller options - Alan Bradley's Flavia Deluce series (starting with the sweetness at the bottom of the pie) and Julia Spencer Flemmings series (starts with In the Bleak Midwinter) 6y
RaimeyGallant @danibolahood Thanks so much! I've already read a Kelly Armstrong, so I'm stacking Broken Promises to give that author a try. :) 6y
AmyG @RaimeyGallant Barbara Vine is the Best. Ruth Rendell writes under this name. She is amazing. 6y
Jess7 Pretty! 6y
Mollyanna Or one of my favorite mysteries 6y
Bookzombie @RaimeyGallant I‘m going to have to look at your books more closely. 🙂 @Aloisi_tribe I second all of your suggestions, but need to check out Barbara Vine and Marwood‘s other books. 🙂 6y
RainyDayReading The Scotland Yard Murder Squad series by Alex Grecian is one of my favorites. The Yard is the first book. 6y
RaimeyGallant @Mollyanna Sounds very Dan Brown. Thanks! 6y
RaimeyGallant @Bookzombie Crappy timing. I just added a bunch of books I read years ago to my stacks. If I didn't give it a rating, it's because I can't remember it well enough. 6y

This book has me writing out a blog post about my boobs. I think that's enough of an endorsement for this fun and fast-paced read. Part social experiment, part anthropological study, it gives perspective to boob-bearers all along the spectrum.

I found this book ages ago for $2 at a used book shop in Boston, read a quarter of it on the train ride home, went out and got properly fitted for a new bra. Then I forgot it on my shelf! Starting again, and thought I'd be a bit cheeky and photograph it with my own 34H 😁
