Been a bit AWOL lately but my #HHS swap is on the way @wanderinglynn and should be there in plenty of time.
so-soHonestly the book just ok. It‘s very readable and by todays standards meaning where we are in our world today, it was extremely relatable. There are so many quotes that are applicable in todays current condition, it was hard to not to like or understand it. It is hopeful and for that, i am grateful.

The COVID-19 pandemic has put me in the mood for more post-apocalyptic reading, especially books like this one, which is hopeful rather than bleak. This was a reread for me, and I enjoyed it even more than the first time. The exploration of lies vs. truth and beneficial vs. harmful lies felt very relevant to the current times.
