Wow, it was a great mail day today! I won a contest from a blogger who was giving away, what I thought was, 2 or 3 books from her stash...ELEVEN books later...YAY!!! And I haven‘t read any of these...have you?? 😊🎉🎉

She taught me to crochet & knit when we lived with her for 2 months. She was an amazing person. I‘m thankful she took the time to care. It helps my anxiety. I miss her dearly. 6y

TricksyTails @ForeverNerdy Learning a craft from a loved one is so special. I'm happy that you got to have that bonding time together. Now you're able to pass on the gifts she shared with you. There are woman there that are happy to teach you & need companionship. I read / bring books to the care center with my older kids. Lots of crocheters. Or YouTube but I agree sometimes I even get frustrated. Pinterest patterns aren‘t always correct! Lol 😂 6y

I went out on the bus this morning lugging a huge bag to the post office with 6 packages to mail including booktrades, including to @blondie and my #skulliEs #LMPBC @Alicia (sorry, so slow)...BUT I ‘may‘ have come back with a few books from Value Village (maybe just one or two for me, but most are not), and then home to a huge load of mail. FINALLY some books for #secretsantagoespostal PLUS some surprise ARCs and swaps. It cheered my day up💓

Chelleo I went to the post office this morning and this lady had at least a dozen padded envelopes (that were holiday themed). I had to wonder if she was on Litsy and sending out swaps 🤣🤣🤣 6y
