NovelGirl82 My biggest goal this month is to get my thesis written. I would like to workout at least 3-4 days/wk while doing so because I haven‘t been feeling very well since I haven‘t been. 4y

Bookwormjillk Thanks @wanderinglynn I found a body weight workout challenge somewhere in the winter games documents so my goal is to do that plus take a walk while listening to an audiobook or podcast every weekday in December. I also want to continue my practice of dedicated reading time on my work from home days. 4y

jessinikkip Well, funny story. My wife told me for 2 days my congestion amd cough was allergies triggering my asthma. Went to the doc for a new inhaler. Since grandad has been at Duke they wanted a COVID test and.... Well, SURPRISE. Guess who are both COVID positive? 🤦🤦 4y
