AmyG @Chrissyreadit Not yet. Just know….We don‘t get delivery of mail so we have a box in the UPS store. If something is sent and it goes by USPS, it first goes to the post office, is sorted, picked up by the UPS store and then sorted into my box. So it takes a day or 2 later-especially now since the manager of the store left. I am beyond excited and you will be the first to know. 😘 3y

Watching this sweet grey face suddenly really show her age, even just in the last 24hrs, is making me really sad today. She‘s been in the animal ER all day, trying to figure out why she‘s suddenly just “not herself”. I‘d rather not go into the details. Distracting myself with books (walking through an entire bookstore, shelf by shelf) has only minimally helped. 🐕😢

But at least she doesn‘t smell like a kennel now. 😂 she‘s really smart and learning well. She‘s super friendly with other people and doesn‘t mind other dogs. She doesn‘t beg at the table, which immediately put her in mom‘s good graces! She also follows me everywhere, which I adore!! 💜🐶 4y

Megabooks @Cinfhen to answer your question in the email: yes I‘m reading a great book that I think you‘ll love that is in the audible plus catalog!! 👍🏻 it‘s about genetics, family history, ethics, finding family that may/may not want to be found, and it‘s basically the opposite of Inheritance. The main family profiled finds out their father is Jewish, and they didn‘t know it. Fantastic sleuthing on the daughter‘s part!! will tag you in the review. 4y

Molly had her annual checkup today and the vet found a heart murmur. Doesn‘t appear too serious, but we‘ll be monitoring it and starting a blood pressure med. She‘s only 3.5 years old, so hopefully early diagnosis and treatment will give her a good, long life and lots of time enjoying curling up in Food Guy‘s comfy chair.

monalyisha I‘m sure that‘s scary! My good friend‘s cat has had a heart murmur that they‘ve been monitoring for a long time. Strong & healthy kit, otherwise! I‘m sure you‘ll have a long future with your pup. 💓 4y

Omg, we had a poop incident involving Henry last night! We‘re still tired from it.

Basically he‘s black and my dad didn‘t realize he was covered in poop when he came in from his last walk, so he put him in my bed. Such a mess!!

This was 11:30 at night. We had to bath him, dry him, get it off my sheets and PJs, wash them, clean the tub, etc. None of us got to bed before 1:30 AM. Ugh!! Relatable?? #dogsoflitsy #petdisasters!

DGRachel That‘s rough. I‘m so sorry. The last year of my first dog‘s life, she had tummy issues, too. I didn‘t sleep through the night more than half a dozen nights that year. She‘d have to go out in the middle of the night and she would leave a trail of poop from my bedroom door to the back door. Hope he‘s feeling better and you get some quality sleep! 5y

Megabooks @DGRachel I‘m so sorry!! That is heartbreaking. 💕💕 Luckily Henry is not that bad yet. I have him on royal canin prescription food, a probiotic, and cosequin blue bonelets. He is having some arthritis problems getting in position occasionally. I started cosequin late - at 13 (he‘s 17 now). I wish I had started it when he was younger, but I honestly was a bit confused by all the choices. The probiotic and food help keep him regular pretty well ⬇️ 5y

Megabooks @DGRachel but his digestive problems, which have been there since he was 4, have continued to get worse. He can‘t have much table food any more between his kidney failure and GI, which both he and my mom hate, but I‘m trying to have a balance between being a vet and his mom. Like tonight he got a small piece of potato and a green bean. He‘d like more. 😂😂💔 his first owner fed him from the table and his dementia has taken him there. 5y
