I go to the one in FiDi, they're tots are amazing and they make a mean grilled cheese but I love their tomato basil soup the most with tots for dunking lol 8y

EnidBiteEm This will be scandalous to you two, but I have never eaten a tater tot. It's not such a thing, down under. Big roast potatoes though, that's another matter... I hope you find some recipes to your liking 😀 8y

Lizpixie Here in Australia they're called potato gems, they're in the freezer section with the frozen chips at woolies. My hubby used to love them! I'm with you @EnidBiteEm crispy roast potatoes with a leg of lamb & gravy. Yum. 8y

EnidBiteEm @Lizpixie thanks for the translation 😀 I've never tried a gem either, but lamb roasts? If you ever saw the ad. with Naomi Watts, I would've chosen the roast over Tom Cruise any day 😂 8y

I buy my lamb at a farmers market, slice fresh garlic,cut holes in the lamb & fill with garlic slices & fresh rosemary then rub it with spices,salt&oliveoil, place in a baking dish with an inch of hot oil. An hour later I drain most of the lambs garlic oil into another baking dish for the potatoes, sweet potatoes & pumpkin. Perfection!👌 8y
