Hope all of you had a fantastic day today! I just wanted to share with you what I got for Christmas. Pretty much all non-fiction books except for Bird Box (saw the movie by the way). I also got a CD for a band that I listen to and a Regal movie gift card.

My family and I had a laid back day today. Didn't do much, other than seeing my Grandma. Anyways, have a great rest of your day everyone! 😊 Merry Christmas! 🎅🎄🎁

Just to believe that Santa came, I opened two box subscriptions today: those are the first two books that you see. The top book was a gift from a swap we made at work. It is a special edition of 100 years of solitude. I'm not a fan of this novel but with this edition I will read it😍It has beautiful illustrations!

My brother won't see this so I can post a sample of the absolutely adorable #cookies I got him for #Christmas!

I have my books and Christmas gifts packed for my trip! (Most of my gifts were already shipped there.) So I‘m basically ready for Saturday except for that whole clothes thing! Two more days, three nights...then home. ❤️🎄🎄❤️

Two of my friends and I wanted to do something charitable this season, so we got involved with a group that helps support young adults who age out of foster care. Thankfully my friends are crafty af bc the totes are handmade, and every bag contains a handmade scarf. Also books, notebooks, visa gift cards, coffee mugs and other items fill the bags. ❤🎄📚🍫☃️

I find that I‘m never happier than when I‘m giving to others. Weather it‘s gifts, or time, or just love, nothing fills my heart with joy as much as that. Because of this, I‘ve spent a very happy day today getting packages ready to be sent out tomorrow. I actually stopped to laugh at myself at one point because I realized I was just grinning like an idiot. 😄🎁🎄
