Met and surpassed my #GoodReads reading goal! And I‘m still adding to it 🥰 It was a good year for book club picks and readalongs!

Joining @Jas16 on her #24in2024 to try to tackle my TBR list. Hopefully I won't buy 24 more books this year and go back to where I started

My 2022 reading accomplishments.

I‘ve recently identified a new category of books in my reading life…the “I know this is a good book but it‘s overwhelming me to read it right now” category. Real life issues are interfering with my attention span; gone are the days where I‘d sit down and read for hours. Yesterday I gave up on a 700 page book at 40% because of its length but also because it‘s book one of a trilogy. Anyone else experiencing real life affecting reading life??

My 2022 Reading Challenges

1. I started using Storygraph toward the end of 2021 and I‘m just going to use it to track moving forward. I chose 120 books as I have a few chunksters I want to get to this year.
2, 3, & 4. I continue to enjoy each of these challenges so I‘m in for 2022.
5. Maybe it‘s nostalgia, but I want to revisit some books I have read in the past. Only requirement is that it‘s been more than 2 years since I have read them.

1. Yes I do. While I don‘t always follow my lists and TBR, I love finding new books to fit challenges. It‘s a lot of fun.

2. Oh I can‘t pick just one! I‘m really enjoying #bookspinbingo by @TheAromaofBooks and I enjoy the challenges @AkashaVampie makes for our group.

This is the last of my seven reading challenges for 2021. I really like that @annebogel made a choose-your-own-adventure-style challenge this year. This is my second year doing her reading challenge.
