According to Apple, I didn‘t meet my step goal this week - but I spent so much time running to catch waves with the boogie board today that I say I made it pretty darn close. 🌊 Finishing my last day of my yoga challenge in a few minutes and I also finished 4 books. I started a new eating program thru work so that goal shifted again, but still a good week for #bookfitnesschallenge #BFCR2

Allylu I break up my steps, too: 2K at 10, 12, 2, 4 and sometimes 6. It‘s working for me. I will make my 40,000 again this week. 5y

mcipher I love breaking up steps! Great idea. I will probably make some more goal shifts this week to account for life but I‘m plugging away and feeling good about where I am. And team #litnfit has been amazing so far!! 🤗 5y
Purplemoonmyst I did a lot better than I did the first two weeks. I am now. Pain free I will keep it up! I do the tone it up workouts and try to walk a bit more but it has rained every single day for a month grrr 5y

Lova Not going to lie- I had no motivation this week. I haven‘t looked at steps or distance but I know my numbers are way off. I‘ve kinda got the summer‘s almost over blues. 5y

wanderinglynn @cewilf Exactly. If I feel things are too overwhelming, I tend not to do them. (Or I procrastinate indefinitely 😂). So breaking things into bite sized chunks, whether it be exercise, writing, or cleaning my whole house, has always worked for me. 👍🏻 5y
Clwojick I love your suggestion! I really miss my morning walks, especially on my days off, and am hoping I can get myself back I to that routine instead of shoving my face into my textbooks the second I wake up. 😂 5y

wanderinglynn @Clwojick Walking/exercise will help you study. It gets the blood flowing, which provides oxygen to your brain, making it work more efficiently. So see, you need to walk! 😉 5y

I surprised myself when I tallied up my numbers this morning. I may not have finished any books, but I'm halfway through the three I've got going, so I'm on track! Thought I was going to get a headstart on W2 by running this morning, but at 7am it was 25 degrees out, so I went back to bed... 😂😂

My #BFCr2 check in! I read three books last week 🙌 so I'm happy about that. And although I didn't exercise everyday, I went for a couple of walks and spent two days digging out my classroom which #LitnFit have decided totally counts as exercise! Also, I'm slowly melting in this heatwave... It's 32 C / 90 F already 😧

I walked 5.3 K today while listening to the tagged book. #BFCr2 starts tomorrow and I'm so much more prepared this time. Last round, I suffered a spinal injury that persisted for weeks, and I wasn't interested in modifying my goals.

My goals are different this time. I won't be working, so I can expect a bit more from myself. I intend to walk at least 50000 steps a week and read 6 books in 6 weeks.
