Ok. So the craziest thing happened. Back in the day, I had the entire Little House series of books. But we donated them yearssss ago. So I got the series again off of ThriftBooks recently & HFS this was my original copy from when I was a kid. It came back to me 😱😱😱

Just an update on my life: yesterday I had to have all my bottom teeth removed due to a side effect of a med I took for a misdiagnosis of epilepsy. @Lynnsoprano has been amazing in taking care of me. So for now, I‘m cozy in bed with my books and LOTR. I‘m handling this better than I expected 💖

So it‘s your girl here. And I‘m back in the hospital for the third time this year; this time with appendicitis. Surgery most likely tomorrow. So in the meantime, it‘s books and pain meds that aren‘t doing anything. This is going to get me to pick the dates for the next #LitsyPartyOfOne because I hella need it.
Little man and I took a break from books to attend our local March For Our Lives. It was amazing, even if Trump made them close down the bridge so we couldn‘t cross over and protest in front of Mar-A-Lago.

Accckkkkk! I got into three of Harvard‘s libraries today and I‘m over the freaking moon!!!!
The moment when you realize the book you got from ThriftBooks is signed by one of the authors 😭💖😭💖
And I‘m about to fly to Cambridge, MA to hang out with some friends from Harvard, so expect some pictures from the Divinity and Law Libraries 😍😍😍
I‘m not a huge YA genre reader, but I really like How To Hang A Witch and I figured I‘d read the sequel while I continue to rest and recover from my second kidney stone of 2018. Thank you so much for all the well wishes on @Lynnsoprano ‘s posts. I read them all while I was in the hospital and it brought happy tears to my eyes. Love you all!!

Got my butt out of bed and walked over to the new French cafe next door to my building and they‘re still figuring out their system and so I had to wait a little (like maybe 5 minutes which is nothing), so they gave me an extra croissant. Sitting outside and enjoying the blissful atmosphere ☺️
