Book 4 of the #AwesomeApril readathon hosted by @Andrew65
A nice palate cleanser I was in need of. A mix of different tropes, age gap, instant love, forbidden love. Sweet story with an HEA. For a novella the characters had a lot of depth. Enjoyed 4⭐️

Three I haven‘t seen, or only saw bits and pieces, that I‘d like to watch are Less Than Zero, Steel Magnolias, and Valley Girl. There‘s a couple on the list I could‘ve watched but can‘t remember if I did or not.
#ThreeListThursday #TLT

This was hard to do this morning as I‘m heartbroken with the news that a young person I loved took her own life in the night…. Her name was Rainn and we loved her very much. But we have to hold onto joy, it is essential to life. If you‘re struggling please hang on, please reach out. 988 ⬇️

#TLT #ThreeListThursday I‘m not surprised. I watched so many movies from the 80s !😂 I‘m not that surprised by which ones I didn‘t watch, my tastes haven‘t changed that much. These are common rewatches,Blues Brothers,Big Chill, Ferris Bueller, Bull Durham.
2 from the 80s high on my list that never make the lists,both from 1981, Reds & Ragtime .
My two #bookspin books are going to be some fun ones! The Narnia book has almost 1,000 pages so if I just read one or two of the books in the series, I‘ll be happy and count that haha 😂
#wondrousWednesday. Running late, sorry.
I. The snowbirds heading north. Trust me, this is worth celebrating.
II. The Memory Library.
III. Hubby‘s epidural is scheduled for the 13th. Hoping that after that we can plan something really special.
Thank you @Eggs for the #WondrousWednesday tag!🤗I know it‘s Thursday but my Wednesday was spent traveling, presenting & crashing when I got home last night!🥱😴
1️⃣ Mangoes🥭 Mango season starts in spring.😋
2️⃣ I keep repeating myself but it‘s Zorrie by Laird Hunt. I‘ll tag it below.
3️⃣ Lots of work stuff including a work trip to Maine in a couple of weeks.😬🛫🛬
I‘m sure everyone has played but consider yourself tagged if you want to!🤗

29/187, for 16%. I‘m hanging my head in shame 😂 Clearly, I‘m not a big movie person. And I know some I didn‘t see until the last few years. But then, I‘ve watched Amadeus, Annie, and Ferris Bueller so many times, I‘ve lost count!
Reading on the roof of the downtown library while I wait to start my volunteer hours.
💙 I've seen 112/187, or 60%. My inner child is freaking out over a D-!!! In fairness, I was born in 1980, and we didn't have cable or a VCR until I was 10, so most of these were seen in the 90s or after. 😂
💙 Revisiting these movies made me want to watch Peggy Sue Got Married again. I really love that movie.
💙 3 movies I haven't seen that I want to see: Castle in the Sky, The Evil Dead, and Ladyhawke
I ignored the imperative of the title of my textbook and did May's #bookspinbingo card first. Now I'll wrestle with chords until my next class.
@TheAromaofBooks
#ReadYourKindle I‘ve read half of this list over the last 2 months. Looking forward to seeing May‘s numbers.
@CBee
I randomize my list but still ended up with the same category for both #BookSpin and #DoubleSpin!
I've got a couple of great options in my TBR cart but we'll see what May brings!
@TheAromaOfBooks
The tulips we picked last Saturday opened up so wide!
Tagging all Littens!
☺️ Thank you for the tag @Eggs
#WhatsNewWednesday
‘The daughter of the witch has spent her life in the forest, in a wondrous candy cottage as dangerous as it is beautiful. She seeks to undo her mother‘s spells and free the poor souls who fell to temptation.‘
A fantastic mashup of #HanselAndGretel and The Gingerbread Man. This was cute, sugary sweet, and just a little bit Grimm.
A Villain‘s Ever After Series. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
