1. It depends on the weather/circumstances:
Love to read on the couch, especially when it's cold, grey and rainy outside. In summer at the beach in a beach chair. When travelling in long-distance trains. By myself in quiet cafés or diners... Mandatory: a book that fits my mood.
2. Hmm... I have a few rereads I'd love to get to in November. Maybe A Wild Sheep Chase or Ett fruset liv.

This one translates as Viper Bite. It was bought on Langeoog (my favourite East Frisian Island, trying to go there once a year at least) and is set on Wangerooge (another East Frisian Island).

Die Acht vom großen Fluss (The eight from the big river) was my favourite #middlegrade series when I was a child. It's set at the North Sea Coast of Germany. The two books on the pic are set on islands: one on a fictitious little island that's a nature reserve, the other on Helgoland.
