Just wanted to take a moment and update you all about my beloved #littenkitten Nala who passed away just before Christmas.

She was honestly the best cat and I‘ve been struggling without her little footsteps and her greeting me at the door everyday. She lost a battle with cancer and it was time.

Safe passage over the rainbow bridge baby.

My heart is heavy and breaking...my fluffy snuggle buddy is gone. My sweet Wicked crossed over the Rainbow 🌈 bridge. My house just doesn‘t feel right without this ‘Hi‘ meow...I swear he was saying ‘Hi‘ it was precious! We think he either got bit by something or just some how got a nasty nasty infection that he just couldn‘t fight. My heart just hurts 💔😭

Yesterday at 11 AM, my dear Sweetpea went to heaven. She had so many health problems that we found out about Monday afternoon, and looking back, she was having a hard time for the last couple of weeks. She was 13. I'm really heartbroken, and her brother doesn't quite know what to do with himself. I hope I can be back a little more regularly soon, but I need a little time. 💔

EvieBee @LauraBrook I totally understand. I am wondering how many days I have left with Lulu myself. She's 12 and has good and bad days. I was cradling her yesterday and just crying and remembering how we grew up together. I got her when I was 21. Our pets are family. 😢Hope you feel better in time. 7y

I've had ones that were really sick and those that passed unexpectedly and it's never easy. Spend lots of time with your little man now, Chico will need lots of love and snuggles. 7y

LauraBrook @Riveted_Reader_Melissa Thank you. You're right, it's never easy, and this is still so hard. Chico and I are muddling through, both stress eating and a little depressed. Cheeks was always a baby, and now it's even more so. I've put a couple of her things away, but I can't seem to pour out her last glass of water she drank out of, or her towel on her favorite chair. There's no rush, though. I really miss my girl! 😪 7y

I know you Littens will understand my pain. My sweet Pablo crossed the Rainbow Bridge today. At nearly 19, he was a best friend. He was my love long before I became a beagle mama. No one will ever love me as much as this sweet boy. As you can see, he loved to cuddle. I got out of bed one evening and came back to find him snuggled in my spot.
