An intriguing erotic thriller that takes place in Milan, during 2015 International Exposition, where different characters have to deal with Summer's unbearable heat. The way John goes through his days is somehow peculiar. Fond of photography and technologies, he keeps many memories and secrets related to his past and present. Many are his hobbies and passions, as well as his manias and obsessions, but it is because of his kindness, his elegance, and of his way of living the loveliest moments that women fall in love with him. This time, he is attracted by a beautiful and well known lawyer who he will meet and who will share with him the most important instants of his life. Despite the happiness and folly they will share, they will be involved in an incredible, yet tormented, story. Enigmas will be discovered and the truth over people will be unrevealed. The reader will be absorbed by a stream of sweetness, love, sex, terror, cruelty, and lies passing through magical journeys, luxurious mansions, and natural landscapes. Be ready to hold your breath until the last of the pages that will make you dream, rethink, and wonder how much truth really stands at the base of the whole story.

July was a big reading month for me. I read 4773 pages and listened to 48 hours on audio. My Sister the Serial Killer, Harry Potter 6, The Last Emperox, Black Leopard, Red Wolf, My Ancestors' Wildest Dreams, and The Ocean at the End of the Lane were all 5 🌟reads. It was a great month!

Freespirit Great reading month!! 4y

The huge #JulyTBR wish list, lots of fat non-fiction balanced with a lot of fun fiction.

Whatever I don‘t finish becomes the August TBR pile 🤫🤪

ravenlee What a good-looking pile! I‘ve read five of them. What is the Kelley Armstrong book? 5y
Riveted_Reader_Melissa The Kelley Armstrong is a short story set after her Cainsville series. (edited) 5y
Riveted_Reader_Melissa @ravenlee Which 5 have you read? 5y
ravenlee Ah, I have one more to go in the Cainsville series before I get to the additional stories, that‘s why I didn‘t recognize it. I have read Spinning Silver, Hey Kiddo, the Patricia Briggs and the two Ilona Andrews. And enjoyed all of them! I just read Hey Kiddo today, actually. 5y
