Good morning, everyone! The moment you have all been waiting for!! Our official #BookSpin number is SIX!! Our official #DoubleSpin number is TWENTY!! I have thoroughly enjoyed looking at everyone's lists & am really looking forward to seeing your reviews!

My next post will be the #BookSpinBingo card!!!

Just a few quick housekeeping items that I would really appreciate if you would take a moment to read!! I know I'm rambly so sorry!! ⬇

TheAromaofBooks 1 - Remember, this is a no-pressure challenge!! You can read one or both of these books. You can bail on them. You can bail on the whole challenge and try again next month. Whatever works!! This is supposed to be fun not stressful!! If you can't remember exactly how this challenge works, please check out my master post here https://www.litsy.com/web/post/1989556 or just ask!! ⬇ 3y
TheAromaofBooks 2 - I am planning to have a giveaway at the end of the year. Entries are reviews of #BookSpin & #DoubleSpin books, but I will only know about them if you tag me, so please tag me whenever you read & review your book for the month. DNFs count! The goal for #BookSpin is to get a book off your TBR, so if you decide not to finish it, it's still off the list, so tag me & tell me why you bailed. ⬇ 3y
TheAromaofBooks 3 - I am tagging everyone who posted a list THIS MONTH (my tag list changes every month!!), so if you posted a list & you do not get tagged here, please let me know! It means I either accidentally missed your original #BookSpin post OR I wrote down your username wrong. Either way, I'm really sorry. Everyone is welcome to join this challenge, so if I missed you it was entirely by mistake - just let me know!! ⬇ 3y

TheAromaofBooks 4 - If you do not finish your #BookSpin/#DoubleSpin book this month it is STILL ELIGIBLE for a giveaway entry as long as you complete it sometime in 2021!! Whenever you review it, just tag me as usual be sure to let me know which month it is for - there is a maximum of 2 entries per month, so if you don't let me know it's for a different month, it may not count. ⬇ 3y
TheAromaofBooks 5 & final - While I don't have time to reply to all of the comments to this post, I do read every one and love seeing which books got picked for you!! I do respond to any direct questions or confusion, so please feel free to ask away if something doesn't make sense or you need some clarifications. Thank you all so much for your enthusiasm, and happy reading!!! 3y

Forgot to post this last week — these were my last two print books of 2019. The Agatha Christie is The Mysterious Affair at Styles (the first one featuring Poirot).

I finished 2019 by just barely hitting my goal number of books read (finished my last book around 9:30pm on New Year‘s Eve!) In 2020, I‘m scaling my goals back just a bit so I‘m putting less pressure on myself in the last few months of the year.

Thought I'd do a check in of my #TBRChallenge and I'm doing better than I thought considering how little I've read this month 😂
Started reading Relics and Runes but then I saw how long the collection was 🤯 more than 2000 pages - not gonna finish that any time soon, and I wanted to finish 2 boards by new year so I've focused on my #Print and #AudioBook boards.
Let's see if I can finish 1 more before November 😏

Not sure what this means yet, but just had a quick look ahead and it looks like the next 2 stories (at least) are much longer than the first five. I'm pretty excited to get a start on these tomorrow 😊
I'm hoping as well to get an update on my #print books posted because so far I've only mentioned my #ebook and my #Audiobook... oops 😅
I'll get my notes ready ❤🧡💛

BridgetteM I love C. Gockel! I have read two of her novels and absolutely loved both of them. 😁 6y

The 2nd in the series... decent, quick read, but I think I liked the first better. Granted I read the first in #print and listened to this #audio and I always have a hard time comparing when I go with different formats. I‘m enjoying the Icelandic setting. ❄️❄️❄️

The awesomeness continues..

“For I have known them all already, known them all:
Have known the evenings, mornings, afternoons,
I have measured out my life with coffee spoons;
I know the voices dying with a dying fall
Beneath the music from a farther room.
So how should I presume?”
