April's Rainbow | 
April wrap-up #bookspinbingo edition: Once again, I used all the free spaces, but I did finish 3 of the specified list and bailed on 1 other. My #doublespin is dry, but I should finish this month. I don‘t know what my problem is with the #bookspin. This is the second time I tried to start it and just can‘t seem to get anywhere. I hate to totally give up because I devoured the short stories in this world. I‘ll try audio to see if that helps.
Now that I‘m home from Malice Domestic, I can turn my attention to what I plan to read for the next #readathon
-I met Gigi Pandian at dinner, so now I really need to finish her book!
-The Bullet That Missed is for next week‘s book club.
-A few more chapters of Emma 😎
-The Lola Quartet is for May‘s #authoramonth
-March is slow going, so we‘ll see how that goes.
There‘s one more book I plan to finish that‘s still in my car…

Friends, you may not believe this, but it's the last week of March!! Absolutely unreal. Around here, things came in like a lamb & are going out like a lion - snow flurries tomorrow and cold and rainy all next week!

Belated April wrap-up: my ending #bookspinbingo board (I finished Memorial Drive yesterday); I read 18 books/4007 pages for the month. That feels low as my first three months were over-the-top, but I‘m pretty happy with it. I do hope May is a little better, though.
April reading stats. 24 read, and lots of ARCs. Audiobooks definitely helped stretched my reading this month!
April wraps tomorrow and I don‘t foresee finishing another book by then. I managed five books this month — so enough to bingo but the numbers weren‘t in my favor. I did manage the #bookspin by reading You Are a Writer...but that‘s about it. Currently working on building May‘s bingo sheet! #bookspinbingo

It‘s time for another choose your own goals readathon! I want to finish seven books by the end of April to keep up the pace for my year‘s goal. Luckily, I have a boatload of books checked out, and it‘s a gloomy rainy day today! OTOH I might go to the mall to walk around and get away from hubby and the awful channel he watches 24/7. 😵
Anyway...for #AwesomeApril I want to finish at least four books.

March's #BFC21 challenge has gone well! I didn't achieve EVERYTHING but I made a good go. April is uni deadline month so my goals are pretty focussed.
1. Read 3 books
2. Take time to rest and reflect everyday
3. Make progress on deadlines 6 days/week
4. Exercise once a week

I am going to try #bookspin again. This is the last month until my classes start for my masters and I want to get caught up. Thankfully I get to travel to Maine this weekend. (I get to see my mom and dad for the first time in 16 months and we are all vaccinated so I am excited).

Here‘s my April wrap up! Highest book total every at 31, but probably not my highest page total as I read quite a few very short books this month. 12 audio, 19 print/kindle. Truly, there wasn‘t one outstandingly great book this month. If I had to pick one I‘d probably pick the new Backman. Worst for me was probably Heart Berries.
